Excellent location! Very close to Kyoto statio . The Hotel is almost new and very fresh!
This is my 2nd time in this hotel. The room was very clean.
Price in 2014 was more expensive than in 2013.
The staff is very helpful that I can get everything I need. Good breakfast with a reasonable price.
Too few tv channels
Service is good
few minutes walk from Kyoto station. Clean. Tidy.
well decorated hotel large room and bathtab free drinking water good amenity
Service staff very helpful and breakfast was very good!
Tiolet was a bit smelly but not an issue. I use the refresher.
1. Cleanliness and location is great, I think it would be a great choice for business trip. 2. Small gifts and the maps & information they provide in front desk are good.
I wish it has a big public bath room..so that it can be felt more like a hotel for leisure trip or vacation...
Almost everything. Comfortable, cozy. Excelente staff. I would go again.
Breakfast is too expensive. Should be a safe box in the room.
Close to station Modern Decent facilities
Location and the cleanliness of the room.
The pillow was too soft and there wasnt extra pillow provided.
Location & service
the room is small but the staff are very nice
Close to station, shops, restaurants. Large room (by Japanese standards). Trouser press. Good bathroom products. Very good choice for breakfast (not included in room rate but was excellent value for money) Friendly staff. Good Laundromat. Overall a very comfortable hotel in an excellent location.
No Wi-Fi in room but we could use the computer in the lobb
Close to train station
What you would expect from a city hotel
Location was good. Near Kyoto station but in a quiet neighbourhood.
Nothing. All seems good!
1. It is very close to Kyoto Station - so you can take any transport to any part of the city. There is a small grocery right across the road. 2. Good and clean room. 3. Free coffee that you can take in the lobby.
1. No black tea in the room. 2. Breakfast is a bit too expensive. Not so much fresh fruits - grapefruit only. But I like grapefruit. Not every dish has english translation.
Everything!!! The service was good, the hotel is 4 minutes walking from Kyoto station, the bed is comfortable, very big rooms compared to other hotels in Japan.
The location was excellent, two minutes walk to the train station. The staff was very kind and helpfull. I would reserve in this hotel if I visit kyoto again.
Checkin time which was at 2 pm
Close to Kyoto railway station. Warm welcome. Good breakfast Very clean
Rooms were a bit small. We should have upgraded to larger room
The hotel is in a quiet location south if kyoto station. You should figure out how to take the north-south pedestrian over pass to access all the fun on the north side of the station
Location, attentive staff.
Nothing in particular.
Close to the train station and very well kept up--would definitely come again
Convenient as near both Kyoto station and subway system yet quieter side of the station. Western selection for breakfast is adequate but repetitive. Staff vey pleasant and helpful. Laundry facility also useful.
Nothing to complain about.
