Dormy Inn Kanazawa  

Cheap, clean, convenient for transport, free washing machine! This is a no nonsense hotel that you can't really fault for the money.

Wifi was poor - it was only in the lobby which is fine but it was a very weak signal and was unusable. There were computers you could use in the lobby though so that was fine.

Location was very easy to find. Onsen on the 14th floor was very good and a nice way to unwind at the end of the day.

Conveniently located next to JR station whilst having hot spring relax and free soba after bath! Adequate space in a twin room.

Carpet and bed sheet is getting old and smelly in jp standard.

The onsen,the spaciousness,cleanliness and comfort of the beautiful room,the location near the station,the free noodles at night,the free internet. Great value for money.

There is ni lounge downstairs.

Staff took too long for registration. We have written to inform there will be 3 person in a room, but no response from the hotel to advise this is not allowed.

Nice, clean, straightforward business hotel very close to Kanazawa Station. English speaking front desk personnel! (Or at least I was lucky with the very nice and attentive lady that checked me in). Nice spa at the top floor with a sauna and shared bath, you can also order massage service at the hotel.

No complaints, it does exactly what its supposed to do.

The free ramen was amazing. Great public baths. Great service. Free coffee in the morning was a great bonus as well! Good location, near the station and close walk to all the buses. Rooms are a good size for Japan.

The hotel is very convineantly located for Kanazawa. The room is well designed and comfortable. The rotenburo (outdoor bath) on the roof was very interesting and quite nice.

Not all the staff was very friendly. Good Dormy Inn, the spa on the top floor is fantastic. Clean and roomy. Breakfast is good (buffet, western and japanese)

When we arrive there was only a room in the smoker floor (really smelly) even if we make the reservation for non smoker room. Ci hanno messo in una stanza per fumatori anche se avevamo prenotato una stanza non fumatori!

Hôtel business de bon niveau .Excellent rapport qualité-prix.Propreté, puis sa situation, à 2 pas de la gare.Sa Tranquilité et un excellent bain/Onsen, très appréciable après une journée touristique. A recommander.
