very convenience to everywhere! Steak house is just back of the hotel (10mins by walk) breakfast is nice!
The room is too small and a bit too old.
Breakfast, bathroom and amenities are good. The welcoming is also nice, and location is okay. The massage chair was a real treat.
The room was not so clean, it smelled tobacco although we booked non smoking. Room was small (bed too). I guess, despite the quality, we were disappointed, that it was not so much "better" than cheaper average hotel.
Staff spoke English.great room .excellent restaurant
Internet overload in mourning
Have to queue up for breakfast.
the location of the hotel is very convenient, just right next to the railway station. the parking is hard to find. the staff is nice, but it's still hard to communicate in English.
hope the basin and the toilet can be separated.
Staff were very welcoming and wonderful and went out of their way to assist two foreign travellers whose Japanese was very limited. We would definitely stay there again and are looking forward to our return to beautiful Okinawa, the origin and home of traditional karate.
Nothing, all great.
Location, breakfast, service, price
1) Service is good. Counter Service Representative is very helpful and they often smile at face. 2) The location is near the Yui-Railway, it is very convenience for us to travel around the place.
1) Although we are at the top of the floor (12/F), which is deluxe floor, the room is still a bit small. It did not have enough space for us to open two luggage.
location is very good, 1 min walk to the station
room is quite small
LOCATION STAFF DESIGN BEDS AREA
wi fi would always bug out and front desk would always have to come up and reset it so it could work, other than that none!
Nice cleanroom, good pillow. Comfy bed. Close to the international street and the airport.
Spent more than I wanted to, but i believe its a reasonable price for the hotel
Everything is great, such as: location (next to Monorail station, 1-minute walking distance to the famouse shopping street Kokusai), convenience (many shops and resturants around), facility, service, staff, comfort, cleanliness. All perfect!
Hotel next to monorail, ideal to reach airport. Near the international main street of Naha. Staff was very helpful to book an excursion to the aquarium.
Room was small, no storage cabinet, so we were living out of the suitcase. Windows do not open at all.
We ware very surprised how staff at the hotel was so willing to help with my wife's diet, she needs gluten free diet, specially Hirokazu Itoh, Food and Beverage Manager, who was there all day and every time when we had a meal he will make sure she gets everything gluten free.
Charming welcome, with a couple of wonderful homemade cookies and good advices on nearby restaurants. Nice and very clean room. Gorgeous breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Optimal position for getting from the airport with the Naha monorail and walking distance by Naha main street and a number of services.
The lobby is grand
The room is small
I was looking for a accommodation for 1 night since my flight was delayed due to Typhoon no.19. I found a twin cornor room but can't be guaranteed a non-smoking room at that time since the hotel is almost full. When I checked in, there was no non-smoking room but I asked ths staff for help because I am pregnant and really need non-amoking room. The staff did not hesitate to help and finally she can managed a non-smoking room for me,
The bed was crazy comfortable. Not a large room, but that's Japan. Great air conditioning and very clean.
Not much in the way of amenities. Parking is extra, no pool, no workout room. Also, because if construction of a building next door the view out if half the hotel is now blocked by either a building or ugly construction. Make sure you get an easy west window.
We stayed here for our honeymoon and were given a bottle of red wine as a gift! The hotel was so clean and comfortable. So easy to get to from the airport with the monorail station directly at the front of the hotel. The staff assisted with car hire directly from the hotel. There was even a massage chair in the room - luxury! Its only a 10 minute walk into the busy part of town, Im glad we didnt stay closer as it would have been too loud. Very busy at breakfast - turn up early or face a half hour wait!

Breakfast wasn't complimentary
Location. Conveniently located next to the subway station
I paid for a premium room. Once I checked in I found out it was a smoking room. I asked to switch room and they gave me a twin room but still insisted to charge the same price. Disgusting!
Good hotel for a stay in Yokohama. Nothing spectacular, but a good place to stay.
room on small side
Staff friendly and extremely helpfull. Great, quiet room. Perfect location near monorail station and city centre. Excellent breakfast.
