This hotel has a good location , just close to station , easy access to everywhere in Tokyo ! Not big rooms but clean and comfort ! Good for travelers
The hotel was situated in a good location. Easy access to the MRT and restaurants
The bathroom is small.
Location - right beside metro stop. Easy walk to Shinjuku area.
Room is very small. Bathroom is poorly designed, toilet did not work properly, toilet seat did not "match" up with the bowl. Pillows felt like they were made up of 3 rolls of straw.
The small is extremely small. However, it was very clean.
Comfortable rooms, good price, helpful staff. Excellent location, 2 minutes from underground, 15 from Shinjuku JR station (walking time). Plenty of good eateries in neighbourhood.
Not a big issue for us, but people should be aware rooms are small (full size beds though). That is typical of Tokyo on a budget however, and not restricted to this hotel.
Cleaniless and location
Noisy sirens due to the proximity to the hospital
Perfect for a city break. Tiny rooms but when are just there for sleeping it was perfect. Really clean staff were great.
This hotel is located at a very good spot. Its less than a minute away from the train station. I really enjoyed my stay, the room is small and comfortable.
Near to any restaurant or mini market
The cleaning room staff didn't vacuum the carpet. So everyday after going out when i came into the room i found still there'rè trash or tissues pieces on the carpet.
Only a few steps from the subway station, nice and lively area, perfect price-quality ratio.
Rooms are too small for couples; would have been adequate for a solo traveler though.
Near to subway, commuter line, restaurant or minimarket.
Quiet at night, great location just next to subway, walking distance to the golden gai district for amazing bars, comfy bed, really friendly service
Tiniest bathroom I have ever seen, have to open suitcase on the bed as no room beyond the bed to open on the floor!
Right next to a Metro station, so the whole of Tokyo is easily accessible from the hotel. Very good restaurants within walking distance. 15 minute walk to the Gyoen National Garden.
Check in time (15.00) is later than other hotels in the area.
Near the subway station, not far from kabukicho
Literally several steps to metro Higashi Shinjuku exit A-1. Near enough to walk (20 min) to Shinjuku main station however we still opted to utilize the metro (subway, about 180 yen per person) or take a cab (about 730-840 yen) since June begins rainy season. Bag storage before check in and after check out. Accepts takkubin (parcel delivery) if you send bags day ahead from another location. Most staff had a little english knowledge. Beverage & ice vending on every other floor. Walk under 5 min to grocery, eating places. McDonalds across street, Tully's coffee and Lawson convenience in bottom of building.
Not much floor space to open even our 22" luggage, no closet for bags or clothing, 6 hangers on two wall pegs. Check in is a strict 3pm - at 230p there was a line in lobby. Elevator to rooms from second floor lobby only (need to take separate elevator or steps to floor 2 first).
Absolutely fantastic location..right next to the metro...while you cannot check in until 3pm, they will gladly allow you to check your luggage. Taxi stop right in front of the property. Plenty of eating places and grocery/dry goods places nearby. Great location for walking to local sites...;Fantastic place!
- Directly next to the exit of the Subway station - Perfectly walkable to Shinjuku Station.
- Stayed here for a 2nd a time. Last time i got a nice single person room, nice view on the junction outside. This time i got the shaft on the view, a noisy alleyway with aircondition units......oh well. - The towels are very thin, maybe its time to replace them. - Yes, it is small, there is no room to open your suitcase decently, You have to be a little bit flexible to workaround this (space) problem.
location, staff, clean
no free breakfast
The staff were extremely helpful in accommodating our needs. The room we were allocated was high up but very small with a small short double bed. There was no room for our 5 year old son to sleep so we asked to be changed to a larger room. We were given a larger room that was accessible by wheelchair but on the ground floor at the corner of two main roads. There must be a fire station nearby as all night we heard not only sirens but announcements on loudspeakers whenever one passed by. It was very loud. We had to check out early as we could not see how we could sleep another night there. It was a pity as the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Great location short walk to JR Shinjuku Station and lots of action. Comfy bed and opening window was a bonus.
For 2 tall westerners the room and bed a little small.
near metro station and golden gai bar district. clean and modern. you can leave your luggage before check in and after check out
check in at 3 pm
Right next to Higashi Shinjuku Oedo line.
Room is very small.
The hotel is literally next to the metro station. The staff is kind and the bed is quite comfortable.
Found peanut shells under the bed.
Next to subway, coin washing drying. Clean rooms
Some public space carpet rundown.
