Very helpful staff. No big keys to carry around. Quiet location. Nice relaxed atmosphere and view of ocean (although not on beachfront of course). Carpet was a bit dirty. Wifi in rooms would be nice.

1) People with nice service, not too difficult to communicate as a foreigner 2) Quiet Location 1) a little bit difficult to find out the place without gps assistance and the surroundings are away from stores 2) I was expected to have some sea view from my room but not being informed the room I booked is non-sea view...a little bit disappointed Also it would be better if the booking change/modification could be more responsive on the app device or web

The staff was friendly and helpful. Very few English speaking, but they were willing to try and communicate accurately. The English/Japanese phrase book I brought was helpful. The room and the linens were clean. The large picture window in the bar looked out over a lovely view of the city and to the East China Sea. The facilities are "tired". Stained carpets and scuffed walls in the guest rooms and hallways; loose tiles in the lobby and a musty odor to the whole hotel.

I liked the location very much. Away from the hustle and bustle of Naha, but close enough to get around. Car needed.. Also, I liked the Spa facilities. They were very comfortable and the room was nice! (slightly old, but great room) There was a limited number of English Speakers. For the Price, 34,000 Yen breakfast was not included. I was a bit shocked at this.

EM商品が充実していて、コンセプトのしっかりした素敵なホテルだと思います。 部屋でも商品が使用でき、良かったと思います。 翌日実感したのですが、シャンプー＆リンスがいい感じです。 今度購入したいと思います。

This hotel is 15 minutes drive from the americanvillage big mall .And it located top of the hill and we can enjoy the nice view from the room. Hotel is quiet rather than the hotel located by the beach.The cost performance is good.The food is good.
