Spacious room, tranquil surroundings, very helpful staff
Location was a bit far. Limited variety of food. Restaurant closed too early. No wifi in room.
remote location hard to find especially during night. also don't trust the gps, it will lead u to another place about 3km away.
Nice sourranding area, very nice people and really very convenient when traveling with young children.
Installations a little bit old
nice environment, large room, good food, sport facilities
The nature was amazing, good view of the Fuji in the golf greens.
Location bit far from town
The room is super big for 2 persons. I'll say it's enough for 4 persons to stay. The environment around the hotel is very good, a nice place for a stay.
No shuttle bus after 6pm. They even did not publish this information on booking.com, I was told the day I arrived and I could only call for a taxi. No restaurant open after 7pm, at least it didn't open when I arrive. Not acceptable. Could be better service in the future.
Large well-appointed room, comfortable beds, good internet connection, reasonable shuttle service
There needs to be microwave ovens in the room and/or some type of lower cost meal service, e.g. a cafe/a la carte option. The only complaint we have is that the resort is in a remote location so the shuttle is necessary to get to restaurants/cafes, and the service terminates from the Kawaguchiko train station at 5:20 pm. The only meal option in the evening is a $40 buffet - for light eaters it is an expensive option. There are frigs in the rooms, and a water heater but no microwave oven. If this one area could be corrected we would likely stay there again.
I pay for twin single but got a service apartment and the top down glass windows give very nice view and the colorfull cushions give the sitting are a very sweet and comfortable feel.
Just a bit into the forest. Luckily shuttle were provided but because the last bus from Mt Fuji was past six pm so we missed the last shuttle and have to pay a helfty some to take a taxi to the resort.
. the resort location and facilities . the very nice apartment and comfortable bed and very friendly and helpful staff
would be helpful to have more detailed location directions in English when booking the shuttle to Mt. Fuji
Personnel involvement (reception desk kept dinner for us when they knew we would arrive late the first evening) Golf Quality of food Shuttle bus (but only until 5:20pm)
All activities are aainst payment (OK to pay for tennis or golf, but 10 USD to enter in the swinning pool is not acceptable) Opening hours of restaurant (8:30pm, everything is closed). Not even a bar opened later for a drink.
The view of mt. Fuji
The property is very old and isolated.
Large rooms Attractive setting if a little isolated - with a car is not a problem.
Very hard beds 20 minute wait for breakfast Food is average Additional cost to use any of the sports facilities - not very cheap either ¥1500 to play table tennis.....
No aircon, the room smells very bad. Have to pay if using any of their facilities.
I like your room. It's very big and quite.
Don't have wifi in the room and shuttle bus has limit times. If I want to travel in the evening, I can't do that because don't have free shuttle bus.
staff, cleanliness, facilities
location.. abit far
Quiet location. Courtesy transport
Swimming pool not open till July 1st (summer season)
Spacious room, good facilities, nice surrounding, nice partial view of Fujisan.
A bit long drive from the main road; no food outlets nearby.
Nice moutain area around, clearn air.
Facility very old, two bedroom is too big for one person, could have more standard room.
Proximity to Mt Fuji
Very firm beds and paying to use pool and other recreational activities.
Limited pool hours, no wifi
The free shuttle bus comes in handy but finishes at 6pm
No wifi in any rooms. The only wifi was in the reception and it was very bad. All activities at the hotel cost quite abit to use.
In the middle of the nature, big resort, big room well furnished and pleasant.
No Mont Fuji view as advertise on the website. Staff not very friendly. We should have had an access to internet in our bedroom. No routers were available anymore. The staff did not try to find a solution. Nobody pick up and drop off our luggages. We are living in Japan since more than 4 years and we know what japanese service and kindness mean. Only 1 restaurant for the evening with an expensive buffet. Breakfast: only some croissants, pancakes and bread for europeans. The rest of the buffet was asian style. To pay for the onsen.
It fits family standards, that's why I founded it very proper to my family. Also, a room or apartment was quite large.
Facilities in the whole complex look aged.
The villas are spacious & nicely furnished. Staffs are friendly & can speek good English. Food are delicious.
Address not shown on our car's navigation hence very difficult to find. Road sign to the hotel is small, difficult to follow in the dark.
Lovely location, (make sure if you arrive later in the evening you have enough food for the night as the closest open shop is a fair distance).. Staff were polite and helpful and the facilities while old are very well maintained
Two of the people I was travelling with discovered bites on their legs after staying at this facility.
