Furano Natulux Hotel  

Great location. Hotel is located just opposite JR Furano station.

Stylish, good location, facilities

Since we stayed on new year, price is higher than usual.

The room was great, bar/cafe very nice and the spa was wonderful! Free bus tickets to slopes was a nice touch. The hotel's design and staff friendliness were impressive.

Shuttle bus to the ski slopes: not much frequency in the morning. 8:10 am then around 11am. Maybe the hotel could organize a mini-bus shuttle, given that skiers are a major source of winter custom?

Hotel staff are friendly, they are good in English and easy to communicate. In the 1st day of my trip, my sunglasses were missed at the hotel. Hotel staff couriered it to my another hotel in Sapporo immediately. Their thoughtful service embodied their professional and made travellers at home.

Very near to furano station. The bed is comfortable, I had a nice sleep after a tiring day.

Doesn't like the room design. Nothing to see/do at furano after evening. If possible, hotel shoul provide some facility.

Really nothing. I think is overly-rated. Location is perfect for people who come to Furano by jr train, because it is directly opposite the hotel.

I hate the room! I stayed a double room and the room is sooooooooo small. Can you imagine the washing basin is right outside the toilet and not in the toilet? The bed is sooooo tiny, not a king size bed for sure. For the kind of high pricing, really not worth it. Please don't take the Japanese breakfast cos there are much better breakfast at other places.

It is in a great location, within a walking distance from the train station. The personnel are excellent as they take pride to speak a foreign language, in particular for our case, English, and they are very helpful. The only reproach that we can make is for a daily cost of over 200 dollars a day, the hotel doesn't have a pool with natural hot spring water.

It is very convenient from JR station. You can walk just couple minutes to the hotel.

Rooms nice designed, new and clean, trendy interior, excellent location, nice cafe, hot spring, free parking.

Guest rooms and overall the hotel a bit too small for it's price tag. the front desk staffs not too friendly.

The friendly helpful staff, the excellent and interesting design features which reflected real attention to detail in the hotel. The high quality meals prepared from fresh local produce.

离富良野车站很近，出车站右转马上就能看见酒店大门。酒店门口的小花园晚上很凉快，特别适合饭后散步乘凉看- 星星。旁边的富寿司也超级赞，还有推荐furano dining的野菜咖喱饭和山贼锅。白天可乘富良野美瑛小火车赏花。推荐给喜欢自然景观休闲度假的朋友。

距離富良野車站非常非常近 對於第一次到富良野的外國人士非常方便 館內的設計也非常的令人感受到經營者與規劃者的用心 放鬆～就是來這的好感覺 希望能快能夠再次回到Furano Natulux Hotel

An excellent clean sleek modern hotel. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Good value and easy to get around. (we had self-drive)

If there's one negative, it was that the room's "blackout" didn't blackout much, and hence we had the early morning sun streaming in from 430am! (We travelled there in late June, I.E. summer)

Convenient location, just 1min walk to the Furano Station.

Basin is located outside the toilet. Limited choice of breakfast.

The location was great. Just near the Furano Station. The hotel provided Spa for Men and Women, Hot Rock Spa for Women and Sauna for Men, all free! We have tried it and enjoyed a lot! We recommend this hotel although it's a bit expensive.

The staff are all very ind and helpful!
