Location - easy walking distance to Ginza shopping/dining area and to the Tsukiji fish market.Good bathroom and nice hot shower. Bath towels larger than in most Japanese hotels. Pleased to have a tablet of soap with usual small bottles of body soap, shampoo etc. Pleasant English-speaking staff at front desk. Double room a bit small. Doubt if it was a Superior Double as reserved.

The staff is very attentive and teh hotel has a proper internet connection (landline). Many hotels, even business hotels, do not have proper connections. I missed training facilities.

Great location in Ginza and close to main shopping arteries/avenues. Transporation to the subway station is very convenient. The hotel is predictable from a chain hotel operation which is a good thing for travellers who do not speak the local language. It was a very good stay! Space of the room is limited. Difficult to place luggage of 2 guests.

The bed was very comfortable with European style comforter to sleep warm. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but was too crowded on Saturday morning. Probably because the location in Ginza is perfect for taking a stroll to window shop and find an exquisite snack. I wish my wife could have joined me. Restaurant was booked for a group event all four evenings I was there. It would have been nice to have a coffee and cake at the restaurant.

Everything. The room was sooooo comfortable and big (compared to other rooms in japan) also with a decent size bath to relax in. Also a delicious buffet breakfast in the morning, sooooooooo good. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay in it again and again. Loved it.

The hotel staff was excellent. The general manager, Mr. Weeden personally welcomed us. One of the front desk staff, Bianchi was very cordial and helpful with our plans. The room was comfortable and clean. The linens were very fresh. The hotel was located in the heart of Ginza on a quiet street. To find the hotel, exit at a13 on ginza and continue in the same direction. When you get to Bulgari, make a right and walk three short blocks. At the Lawson's convenience store, make a left and walk a little more than half way down the block and you will be at the hotel. The hotel was convenient to many restaurants. The price from booking.com was excellent as well.

The staff was very helpful. Our flight on departure day was a very late evening flight. We requested for a room to have shower but was denied (even though we were able to get one in Bali, Phuket n other places). However, when we requested for towels and toothbrush to freshen ourselves, they were granted. We also borrowed nail clipper and weighing scale. They also helped to book day tour and call the transport company for change of pickup time. All in all, excellent service.

Nice and quite area and handy location for Tokyo station. Room was really nice and unexpectedly spacious for Japan and/or area. Good price (with non-refundable advance purchase) - both facility and pricewise probably the best hotel of this chain I had used recently. Although quite close, the hotel isnt exactly where shown on map (the right place is on block Nr.9, few blocks bottom-left). Taking into account Japanese address system, this really may create a problem. Close to Tokyo station, but this still means ~15min of walk. Contrary to what I remembered from previous stay in the area, the nightlife in Ginza seems to be hardly existent (probably I was there later this time - around and after midnight), however I was surprised to find that the place is also a kind of red light district. Never had problems with these before, however girls here were really obtrusive (after fighting off the third one, decided to give up further looking for non-existing pubs :)

The hotel room was much bigger than we expected. My husband travels regularly to Tokyo on business however this was my first time and we were both impressed with the size of the room. We were given an upgrade which was a fantastic surprise but nevertheless it was a great room, bigger than many we had in Italy (where we went for the second part of our holiday). Friendly service, fantastic location. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending this hotel and we will definitely stay there again!

Well... Tokyo is an expensive City so I will say that the value is good for what it is. Staff is excellent (Japanese people are so nice in general). Excellent location. Rooms are not too large but very well kept. Do not eat in the hotel's restaurant. Food is overpriced for what it is but.... Once again, Tokyo is not a cheap city.
