Die Lage war TOP!

Die Zimmer waren sehr klein. Sie waren sogar kleiner als angegeben... 15m² wurden angesagt und 12m² waren es tatsächlich. Bei den geringen grössen macht dies einen erheblichen Unterschied.

Hat alles gestimmt. Liegt imHerzen von Ginza, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer war zwar relativ klein, aber sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Bin sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist einfach phänomenal!!!

I v like to recommend this Hotel to everyone. Great location. Good comfortable room. Just nice for city-trip for a couple of days!

Room was more spacious than other hotels that we stayed at whilst in Japan, big LCD screen, good surrounding shops

Bad WIFI connection, always drop out, location is 10 minutes from Simbashi station, no proper direction on website. Also, the hotel made us prepaid before checking in.

Ok location in the heart of Ginza, nice breakfast, not very small rooms for Tokyo standarts. Stuff helped us to change our room when we didn't like the first one.

I expect this hotel to be a luxury experience, but it wasn't. It looks much better on pictures. Old furniture, hotel need urgent repair, bad smell, twice overpriced for this kind of hotel, couldn't reccomend.

The location is excellent - few minutes from Ginza subway station, 10 minutes walk to famous Tokyo fish market. Room had everything basic you needed. Very kind and helpful staff. For few days we choosed "ecology cleaning", room was very clean and all facilities worked well. An excellent choice for overnighting in Tokyo for the sightseeing trip.

Room vas realy very small, but we expected it for Tokyo. If you are staying for business it is not so comfortable, good enough for overnighting during sightseeing trip. A complemantary bootle of water was not presented regularly.

The strategic location of Hotel Gracery Ginza gives a lot of benefits for business people to take care of business and works around the business district. And also it give convenience for tourists in shopping around the famous shopping district of Ginza. The hotel was so clean despite the small size of the room as the average hotels in Japan do. This hotel also located 2 blocks away (about 5-10 minutes walk) from the nearest Tokyo Metro station (Ginza and Higashi Ginza Station). For those who travels from or to the Narita Airport it is easy by getting from and to Higashi Ginza station. It only took about 30-45 minutes of train travel. Especially the elevator at the metro really helps travellers with lots of luggages.

Room was small than I expected

The location of Hotel Gracery ginza is excellent : the main shopping streets of Ginza area are at its doorstep ; furthermore the hotel can be easily reached by subway and is just 3 minutes walking from the ginza subway exit A3. The breakfast is elaborate and western style but also japanese style. The hotel is quiet and even due to its location and many guests, there was no single noise to be heard.

GREAT LOCATION, very well-insulated rooms sound-wise, extremely clean facilities

Uncomfortable bed, no wi-fi (whereas hotels in this price range in Tokyo typically do), Staff was very kind except for the woman who "assisted" us at check-out, really annoying how quickly the elevator doors close (not nearly enough room to move your luggage out)

The staff are courteous and the location is very good.

The advertisement supplied by agents as well as the hotel was not clear. As shown in the hotel's web, there is a difference between a semi-double and a standard double. We were surprised to learn that the room we reserved was a semi-double and not a standard double as advertised. In the end we had to pay extra to stay in a larger room. The semi-double was an extremely small room.

excellent location at the heart of ginza. close to the ginza tokyo metro line, allows access to other parts of the city.

The rooms are alittle small, but I reckon thats the general setup for a room in tokyo due to land scarcity.

I liked the perfect location, a few min walk from the subway station, close to the shopping area.

Small rooms - but that is very normal to Tokyo.
