Close to metro
The location was central to everything that I wanted to do. The staff were also extremely friendly.
Nice view Free WiFi in the entire hotel Quiet Helpful staff
View of the room was fantastic!
No smoking lounge or 24/7 place to work.
The room (#1508) has an awesome view of Tokyo, particularly at night. It is very clean and has many facilities which exceed the 3-star hotel requirements. The hotel staff is very courteous. I strongly recommend this hotel to Canadians who visit Tokyo.
The hotel should offer more dishes for the breakfast menu.
Location, close to subway and Tokyo attractions Alos laundray and helpful staff
I thought the staff was very attentive and willing to help.
Receptionist went out of his way to make our stay a nice one.
Room was bigger than usual and quite modern.
Near Hanzomon station but there are no escalators on the exit nearest the hotel. It's a strain specially if one has a big luggage. We got a room in the 9th floor and the view is great!
Staff are not so welcoming.. a bit dry not like in the other hotels we stayed in.
Location, big room size
bed a bit hard, but still sleepable
The staff were friendly and the bar is very nice. Shower good
The hotel did feel a bit old
We asked for a room with the view and we sure did get one. The spectacular view from the 16th floor was definitely something I could get used to. The room itself was of decent size, well equipped and tastefully furnished. The location is great with metro and numerous restaurants close by. Breakfast, although rather basic, was nourishing enough and was elegantly served by waiting staff. The place is big, modern and spacious. It even has an impressive western wedding chapel on the 6th floor. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
Minor wear and tear in the dining area but nothing that couldn’t be overlooked.
We loved the proximity to the Imperial Palace. Our room had everything we required. It was a perfect spot for a family in Tokyo! Thank you.
hotel location, hotel outside view, hotel service
a bit small for the hotel room
The hotel is located at 3min walking time to a Subway Station which offers for exemple a direct line to Shibuya. The view from the rooms is just magic! We can see the Imperial Chiyoda Park and the Tokyo Tower. The price is very low compared to what we can find in Tokyo, that's why we asked the staff for extra nights. They were very helpful and gave us approx. the same rate for the room which was very kind allowing us to keep the same room. The breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and nice.
Even if the hotel's location is indisputably very good, we took a little time to find it. Advise: If you come with the subway, station is Hanzomon.
Great location! Value for money
Conveniently close to subway, free wireless internet in room
Small Japanese room, no gym.
The view is amazing! I can see the palace and Tokyo tower from my room~the staff in hotel can speak fluent English which impressed me most.
- perfect location, view of Tokyo tower was easy to find and closed to station
woman staff in the lobby was not nice
Location is good
Very helpful staff, clean & comfortable atmosphre. From our hotel room we could see Tokyo Tower on New Year Eve 2015
We had a top floor suite, which was very comfortable and had great views. The Metro was a short walk away, and friendly staff helped us find shops and places to eat nearby.
