Good location ,the odaiba island is the most comfortable for trip with family and kids ,so the Grand pacific le Daiba hotel is in the heart of this island. We could simply get to Ginza district (15 min) by monorail that was near the hotel. Our room wasn't rather clean compare with the room we accommodate before( dust on lamps in bathroom), used and spoiled door in bathroom and there was no balcony in this hotel .

Spacious rooms, free router (wifi) in the room upon request. The hotel exudes luxury but the rates are not as high as the Ritz Carlton's. View from the restaurant at the 30th flr is amazing - we even saw Mt. Fuji! Also, it is accessible to shopping malls (free shuttle bus) and the Daiba station is connected to it. The reception staff were not as friendly as the other hotels we've stayed with. Beds were a bit hard (but this may be due to personal preference only).

The opulence and cleanliness. Very well staffed. Wi-fi worked well in Lobby. Closeness of 24 hour store for essential purchases - like water. English is mostly not spoken or understood; but every one tries hard to be of assistance. POOR Internet connection in rooms via slow router for Wi-fi. No English instructions for hot water jug etc. NO mini bar in room. It is a fair way from Tokyo and not on the JR line for overseas travelers holding a JR pass. Local Shuttle Bus crowded and irregular in its timing.

The rooms were beautiful with a great view of the harbour. The Hotel was right next to the station linking it to Tokyo. The corridors especially stank of cigarette smoke, it was awful!!

I loved the size of the room compared to the 3 other hotels we stayed in while on a business/cutural tour of Japan. The staff were so firendly and always helped us when we asked. We will dentinatly stay there again. Loved Loved it!! thank you. The only snall thing I would change was the pillows were too hard but that is also a personal thing and it would not stop me from staying there again.

Luxurious Room Appointment. Friednly Staff. Good restaurant choice. Convenient local transport. Clean environment. Wonderful views of the water on the both sides of the building provided you are high up. -No evening turn down. -Despite good local transport facilities, still inconvenient for business appointments.

The location was convenient for Odaiba shopping. At first I was put in a smoking room but eventually they changed me to a non-smoking room, without changing the cost. The bathroom was well-equipped and the shower had good pressure even if it was over the bath. The bed was comfortable enough. It was overpriced for the only-adequate room. The carpets were not terribly clean, although the room and bathroom were fine. It was such a contrast to where I'd stayed the night before for basically the same price, that I always felt disappointed. Nothing about the room made me want to be there. Had it been half the price, I would have little complaint.

Great hotel, we stayed in a triple beds room for 4 nights, it was big and restroom was excellent. Wifi connection was not available in the room because no router provided (out of stock). This special condition was not specified in their Adv. In the absence of advance notice, we didn't bring our own router and such we had no wifi service throughout the whole trip.

I salute to the cleanliness of the hotel and our room. I suggest that you train your staff more of communication skills esp the people from reception or when u check in. The lady who checked us in is really struggling, I mean she cant even explain properly what she has to say about my card. Staff should be more helpful and dedicated to customer service.

Location, near to selection of shops and restaurants. Train station s connected to hotel, only 15 min taxi ride from Haneda airport. Too bad my kids ages 8 & 10 could not swim in the pool. They are avid swimmers (swim team) but made no difference, had to be 16 to enter the premises. Sadly, we booked this hotel to use the indoor pool. They were disappointed.

Location was great! We literally got off the train at Daiba station ready to check our phones for directions, when we turn to see a sign pointin us right to the hotel. Very close to shopping centres, restaurants, entertainment (such as Decks which includes legoland, segaworld etc) and the views of the harbour and Rainbow Bridge across the road at Aqua are beautiful. Upon request they provided us with our own wifi router in the room free of charge to use for our whole stay. For the price, to not include any breakfast for even one guest we found was a bit steep, particularly with the prices they were asking. On top of this, the airport shuttle bus actually costs about 2700 yen (which you could get the express train for) and stopped at about 3.45 pm (which, when your flight is at 10pm for example, is little to no help). It seemed like they charged a lot and the services you'd expect to be free at those prices weren't at all. It was still quite a trek by train to get to central tokyo also, which meant that if you pay the extra dollars to stay in central tokyo, you might save it on train fares (and maybe a few other extras, too).

Location,we chose it because it was in Odaiba where there seemed more attractions liked by the family. Great 24hr convenience store just outside hotel. Easy to get into Tokyo itself with Yamanote monorail (we booked a sumo wrestling stable tour as there were no tournaments in our stay-kids loved it!. Day 2 Imperial Palace visit on Emperor's birthday holiday). We booked quite close to our stay date, requested non smoking twin& triple rooms to be next to each other and that's exactly what we got. Easy walk to several huge shopping centres with wide range of Japanese foods as well as Starbucks,McD etc. Nothing. Would stay there again next visit to Tokyo.
