Connected to Daiba station & easy access to Diver City and Aqua City
Room was huge Great location Super comfortable
Shuttle to airport ends too early, around 7pm
Location next to Daiba monorail station, airport connection service, near shopping n food places, not congested...
Price Confort Standing Cleanliness Size of room Breakfast, etc...
the location is great for shopping plenty to do out of the hustle of tokyo city which takes about 20mins by train,it is like staying in dairling harbour sydney instead of central station
slightly older style but exceptionally clean large rooms ,service of staff above and beyond, extremly kind considerate and very helpful
Great location, views, quality motel.
Staff are polite but not very friendly. Rooms can be a bit noisy if adjoining guests are noisy, especially if they have small children who are running around and jumping.
great view a specially from the sky bar, big comfortable room, subway station just opposite the hotel
Just about everything about this hotel was great.
There pillows are overly soft and uncomfortable to sleep on giving you neck ache.
1) nice view from the 25th floor. 2) very accessible. there is an airport shuttle and shuttle service to disneyland. 3) very welcoming staffs. 4) good place for shopping. 5) many shopping centres just within walking distance (decks mall, aqua city, diversity).
Location- very mall like.
Great location. Very close shopping foods and public transportation. Perfect service too. I recommend that hotel is more comfortable to stay with children and enjoy
breakfast and halal food not avialable
stuff, service , help desk office , the room service, location is amazing and the buss service from Narita airport its stop directly in the main door of the hotel
breakfast not include in the room rate, halal food not serviced in the hotel resturant
After two weeks of backpacking this place was a godsent cheap, great service, and huge rooms (normal for australians)
The in house restaurants were expensive
Superb wi fi connection. Excellent staff and facilities. Absolute value for money.
Great location out of the hustle and bustle of Tokyo central with great easy access through the train/monorail system. Would stay here again and highly recommend it especially for those who aren't necessarily wanting to be in the midst of busy central Tokyo!
Pillow too soft
The comfortable feeling about the whole hotel, non smoking hotel. the vicinity of many walking paths to museums and shopping, the views over the water, fantastic.
The pillows, they were the best we had come across on our stays in many hotels, but us westerners like our fluffy Tontine Pillows.
Located at Odaiba (Le Daiba, Daiba) out of central Tokyo, here is one of the best ever hotels I have experienced! Limousine bus from Narita airport direct to the Grand Pacific and five days was not nearly enough for this breathtakingly awesome hotel, rooms are great, bathroom even had window out to the bay, large in size, so comfy and housekeeping so obliging and helpful, as were all staff. I chose Odaiba as had been there two years ago at Sunroute Ariake, and loved the shopping, attractions and latest in buildings and technology on show here, without the sheer overcrowding of Tokyo's main city suburbs, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Akihabara, the Yurikamome mono rail goes direct to Shimbashi station and Ginza from the hotel front door. Wifi was free and never had a connection problem, TV for English visitors is abysmal, only CNN, NHK or pay movies. Views excellent, to Haneda airport and the bay, and the other side to Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower, Staff amazing, good English, but take a walk around, this is grand and grandeur at it's best, a wonderful hotel. Restaurants, gym, pool, convenience store at foyer door, shopping malls Aqua City, Diver City, Venus Fort all handy, use the Bay Shuttle Bus free from hotel around Odaiba. Ticks all the boxes plus, can't wait to return just to be there. Disney shuttles can be booked by email as we did, and managed to squeeze in both parks in between some very wet days! For our last night we went across to Hotel Nikko Tokyo and was disappointed! Only due to no rooms available for the sixth night at the Grand Pacific at the rate I had booked months ahead, and the Nikko had a good one night rate. Eight lifts in main foyer never waited long to get up and down from the amazing 25th floor! Too cold to even think of the pool but believe their is a charge and was not sure if it was available. Good wifi charging plugs in room and excellent lighting, and room service every day was excellent.
Only problem, ordered room service, politely delivered on a movable table, steaks for two, so very small, for $80AUD disappointing, had to go and get more food from convenience store later. Bathroom walls need wiping properly could see hand smears and marks above toilet. Went to 30th floor to check for breakfast, was overcrowded, a very small area, foggy outside, no views, gave it a miss. TV...need more service English providers in Japan, very boring and not even MTV!
The room was big and it had a great view of the rainbow bridge. The staff was polite and willing to help all the time. Great location, near big department stores with plenty of activities to do. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The comfy bed.
A bit far from the city but no big issue moving around coz transportation is so easy.
A great place to stay away from the main hustle & bustle of Tokyo. Lots to do & see around the area it is located in, and still easy to get to the the main areas of Tokyo. Rooms were spacious and quite comfortable. Access to Disneyland or Disneysea, Tokyo central via free shuttle bus.
Great location, free shuttle to and from Disneyland and DisneySea, comfy beds, big rooms for Japan.
Good location Great service Good value for money Great panoramic views of Tokyo City especially at night. Close to DisneyLand as hotel provided free bus shuttle.
Nothing as everything is positive.
