The staffs were very helpfull.
Some of the pillows are stinky.
Convenient location in Kudanshita. Room size, comfort OK. Price reasonable for the location. Easy/convenient parking. Plentiful local shops. Excellent laundry service. Good Wi-Fi.
Hotel is a bit old fashioned in decor. Just one old-style metal room key. No safety deposit box in the room - hassle of going to the front desk to access this safety deposit box, day after day. CNN is only English TV channel
Close location to Imperial Gardens and subway.
Hmm. Nothing in particular
Good area to be away from the main tourist area but close to subway & imperial gardens
Restaurants to expensive & some staff not terribly helpful
I thought the size of the room was great, beds were really comfy and the room has a luxury feel...
Didn't really like the room service breakfast...pancakes were horrible and cardboard like. Location wise there aren't really any shops around there so it is an easy ride on the subway to shibuya and shinjuku etc.
Clean and comfortable
Decor a bit dated, no gym
The staff is excellent hotel was very clean and I had a very pleasant stay.
The location was great, several convenience stores nearby, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Close access to the subway and about a 10 minute walk to a JR station.
Air conditioning in the room wasn't very good, fitting three people into the room was tight as the bed folded out from the couch, pricey considering the lack of amenities and the fact you have to take the train to get anywhere really interesting. This is more in a business district than shopping.
Very quiet neighbourhood 100 meters to metro station :-)
You cant open a window and AC is very poor:-(
the room is quite big for 3 persons, very clean and very helpful hotel staffs. Its locations is quite near the station and there are family mart , 7eleven ,starbucks and some restaurants nearby. And airport limo passes this hotel so it is very convenient
The excellent Guest Relations officer Mr. Saido Said The excellent location near the imperial palace and the Yasukuni Shrine
The bureaucratic and intransigent reception personnel, which make you think about a communist government run hotel from the early 1980'ies The outdated carpets in reception area The desinterested attitude of the bell counter
Location is near Subway, Imperial Palace e .t.c. There are some acceptable price and very nice food restaurants.
View from our room was not very nice.
I first stayed at the Hotel 18 years ago. Not much had changed in that time. Quiet area. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel is walking distance to some great restaurants, shopping, and train station. Also close to Imperial Palace.
The triple room was too small for 3 people each with a suitcase and backpack. In-house restaurants very expensive.
Location. Staff very friendly and careful.
The room was not soundproof at all! It was like we were surrounded by noisy people ( next to our room and above). We heard people speaking, having a bath... This hotel doesn't worth its "prestige" image.
fair price .comfortable room .friendly staff.
i do not like the male front staff of the hotel
Close to a metro link and you could be at pretty much any main location in under 15 minutes. Concierge staff were the friendliest we've ever encountered. Rooms cleaned every day. Fridge in the room, so we could store our sons milk etc.
Expensive room service as expected but needed a small milk for our son and it cost us nearly 700 yen. 7 eleven close by so used them once we found out. Can't be bad if that's the only fault we could find.
Very helpful staff and near from city
Really liked the over all feeling. Lobby was nice, staff was great, elevators were very fast and rooms were generally very nice. We had 2 twins and a triple. Very good size facilities for Tokyo.
The beds were very, very uncomfortable. The pull out for the triple was ridiculous. You could feel the bar across your bottom section. The mattress was old. Location is in the middle of a business area, therefore nothing around the hotel other than the expansive Imperial Palace, so really, nothing to do but walk. Subways were right there, so only a ride a way. Ginza was very inconvenient to get too, though so close. $15 cab ride or 2 transfers on the subway. For a business trip, great hotel. For tourist, family trip...not so good.
Staff were very polite and speak good english, so the language barrier was no issue there ... rooms are fairly bigger than other hotels we stayed in (3 people in 1 room) ... location wise was quite nice as it is 3-5 mins away from Kudanshita metro station which can take you straight away to Shinjuku or Shibuya or 10 mins walk to JR line at the Lidanbashi station ... wifi connection in the room was quite good.
Rooms were not opened with a card but with a key which made it hard when we each split in for the day ... A/C did not cool properly and we had to request a fan from the hotel when we found out that this is how it is
Brilliant staff, response to our need for early access to our room, location, old fashioned values
Would be good to have an inexpensive bistro for quick access, we never eat at your restaurants upstairs because they are too remote in terms of cost and locatio
Staff was very helpful & friendly.
Restaurant was very pricey and service was very poor.
Staff & Service was very friendly and helpful.
Restaurant service was very poor and food was pricey.
Great Staff, everyone is willing to help you. This is the place to stay to have everything close by.
Small rooms but it is understandable in this location.
