Confortavel, ótimas instalaçoes, lindissimo e enorme jardim japonês, café da manha farto e variado, no estilo western e japones por preço adicional justo, localizaçao excelente,proximo a uma das principais estaçoes de trem (shinagawa). Vista maravilhosa da cidade de Tokyo e da Tokyo tower.

Do hotel de forma geral, bons quartos, lobby e restaurantes muito bonitos, atendimento excelente.

Quase ninguém falava inglês, o que é surpreendente para um hotel deste nível.

The gardens were so beautiful and relaxing! Staff was wonderful, spoke excellent English which was a relief for us as we are very limited in our Japanese. Very, very clean & very comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast at the Patio was delicious and featured both Western & Japanese food. Super easy access to all of Tokyo as the Shinagawa station is just a 5 minute walk, across the street from the hotel. So very easy to catch the Narita Express for our trip home to the usa.

The hotel is a bit "dated", circa 1980s, but that was our only complaint. I would stay here again and again, excellent value and very relaxing atmosphere.

Great location, the room is spacious, the beds are wide and very comfortable. The garden is gorgeous, but it go beyond that five hotels ... JR station within walking distance, there is a limousine bus to the airport

Do not like just a dirty carpet in the room, and the hotel is too old

It is a elegant four star hotel even though it looks a bit tired from outside. The rooms and facilities are in very good condition and exceeded our expectation. The staff are great. It is close to 3 other prince hotels within walking distance.

The hotel should also have shuttle bus to Tokyo metro stations. They only have bus to JR line station.

It would be good if you can have the wifi in the room facilities, without using the modem box. And also, the modem box is always run of stock when check in.

The check out payment didn't specify the same fees as booking.com when booked. Make it difficult to counter-check.

The hotel was really excellent in all aspects. It was a 10 min walk from the Shinagawa station on JR line providing easy access to the city areas like Harujuku,Tokyo Station, Shinjuku without the hassle of changing to another Metro line. It is also an extremely peaceful location away from all traffic which is a great plus in Tokyo. The beautiful Japanese garden at the entrance further ehances the grandeur and serenity of the place. the room size by far is one of the largest you might get in Tokyo in the $175-200 price range. They even have a 30 minute free shuttle service from the hotel to Shinagawa station in case you are tired after walking around the very beautiful and busy Tokyo. Front office staff was very helpful and could converse well in English.

Very close to the Shinagawa station. However walking up the slope took us about 10mins. Theres a regular free shuttle trip to and from the station which makes it convenient for hotel guest.

Great staff were helpful, clean and well maintained facilities.

We could hear staff rolling carts or something loud all night through the walls. Not very good sound insulation. Staff are quite robotic - which I guess is normal in these business hotels.

Great location, about a 5-10minute walk directly from Shinagawa JR Station to the hotel. Hotel is away from the main street so very peaceful, especially with the nice garden.

Delicious and varied breakfast - can really recommend the omelet! Lovely room with an amazing view over the Tokyo skyline with Tokyo Tower, wonderful staff and just a short walk down to Shinagawa Station.

from jr station it's uphill walk most taxis make wrong way to the hotel ( from main road they confused about which lane to the hotel)

Albergo eccellente e poco costoso, bellissimo parco, ottimi ristoranti, servizi efficienti, affittano anche il cellulare giapponese. Nel parco ci sono le carpe koi che si fanno accarezzare.

服務客氣，房間舒適，園景美麗。

離品川站十分近，但卻是一個小山丘上，沒做到接駁車的話，行李並不好搬運。

地點優異，服務良好。

房間空調有一晚是沒有的。

трансфер в аэропорт нарита мог бы быть бесплатным для туристов, проживающих в отеле скажем больше 3-х или 4-х дней
