Location, right next to JR station. Reserved a non smoking room but the room smells. Couldn't really found any hotel facilities introduction, all we found was ad promoting adult TV with pictures, wouldn't come here if I have children. The room is so small that we couldn't even open our luggages.

Convenient location right next to shopping, food and JR, and only 15 mins walk to the castle. There is a very good ramen place at the basement on the left right after you exit the JR from Osaka direction. Cheap and the best we've had during our Japan trip! No wireless internet in room, only wired.

Location is perfect. Next to JR, bus stop, Limousine to and from Kansai airport. Complimentary drink coupon provided when check out. Room is large and therefore the bed and bathroom. A big desk in front of the large window with great city view. you can take the bus #121 to the marina bay and the seafood market in 40 mins; to the castle in 15mins on foot or get a bike from the hotel with a 5 mins ride. The hotel also next to a shopping centre and the department store, a convenient store and burgers, Japanese resraurants within 3 mins walking distance. There are sone estaurants in the hotel and I like the cafe on the ground floor very much, nice drinks and yummy cakes. Staff at front desk and cafe are friendly and helpful, good communication skills and professional. Fair room rate with comfortable and sizeable guest rooms. I would definitely stay here if I visit Wakayama again.

部屋もきれいで、スタッフの心配りが素晴らしかったです。無料の貸し出し自転車も助かりました。ロケーショ- ンも駅前で最高でした。和歌山に来るときはまた利用します。 GW中だったので、普段に比べかなり割高だったかも。部屋やサービスの質は高かったので満足していましたが- 、これで普段の値段だったらコスパ最高だと思います。

在JR和歌山站旁，其地理位置很優越，到關西機場也很方便。房間很舒適整潔。酒店附近已有很多食肆、便利店- 及商舖，選擇較多。 房間內的空調不夠冷，調到很低溫也好像沒有改善，只能夠開著空氣淨化機弄來一點點涼風。以及房間沒有wif- i，在酒店大堂只有兩台超級舊的電腦供住客上網，跟酒店的星級實在不太配合。

地理位置非常优越，距离和歌山车站步行1分钟。有各种零食贩卖机和微波炉，比较方便。服务人员很热情，工作- 很认真。 房间比较局促，看上去不是很整洁，杯子里有陈渍。
