Just a 5-minute walk from JR Hakodate Train Station, Plaza Hotel provides simple rooms with free wired internet, a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV. Not far from jr hakodate I reserve with non smoking room with choose hotel that have free wifi, but when I check in I got very smelly smoking room that need to change. Free wifi only for japanese tourist only, you need to bring your laptop to try to use lan cable

Not very clean, the air conditioner did not work. Carpets workout and dirty. Chairs were so dirty they were covered with covers to try to hide the dirt. Would not reccomend, the worst hotel I have stayed in, in Japan.

We drove from Sapporo to experience the 'million-dollar' night view from Hakodate mountain and the harbour front, and planned to stay only one night. Hakodate Plaza Hotel was the only available hotel on this website when we made the booking that is not expensive, but with private bath and toilet, and conveniently located. Staff hardly speak any English. No non-smoking rooms available, and the rooms have strong cigarette smell. Fortunately the windows could be open.

場所的には最高ですね。 かなりかび臭くて頭痛がしました。エアコンがきかず扇風機を借りましたが、息苦しくてシャワーに入れば余計- 空気が悪くなると思い、銭湯を探して、夜中眠くなるまではそちらに避難していました。網戸がないせいか、部- 屋に虫もいて参りました。 料金がお安いのて゜しょうがないと思いますが、改善されれば次も利用したいと思います。

It has a great location, only 5 minutes' walk to the jr station. However, the room and facilities look old and outdated. Overall, considering the low hotel fare and its great location, it is a relatively worthy place to stay. It is too outdated. It should be renovated.

まずは格安に泊まれたことですかね。フロントの方対応も良く、ご紹介された居酒屋「弁財船」でおいしい料理- をいただきました。 古いのでしょうがないと思いますが隣の部屋の物音が聞少し聞こえていました。
