Location, staff attitude were terrible. The room was unclean, small and uncomfortable - the worst hotel we stayed at in Japan
Staff barely spoke English but tried hard to be helpful. They were not always successful though! Liked the tea outside in the corridor Liked the parking right outside Breakfast was a little odd but not bad - not too Japanese at least
Onsen was too hot to get into, and being outside (it was snowing) was very cold if you couldn't get in Room was tiny We asked for dinner and ended up getting two bread rolls (but at least they were free, and nice, but we were really hungry!)
far away from any place. even the taxi driver couldnt find the Hotel. Staff didnt know a word in English so we spoke using the Google translation... no Wi-Fi in the room although it written there is. very expensive compare to what you get!!!
Onsen, really clean room, tea and coffee, microwave and fridge
