My daughter and I stayed for 10 days. It was pretty long stay due to her snowboarding lesson. I must say that everything is just perfect for us. They have spacious room, hot spring and free breakfast. It is what we needed. For dinner, it was not much choices nearby. We bought our dinner in convenience store and ate in the room. We definitely want to go back the next year.

Guests can refresh in the spacious public baths after a long day of skiing. JR Hakuba Train Station is a 5-minute drive and Happo Bus Terminal is a 5-minute walk away. Check in and free shuttle services are available after 15:00. A prior reservation is required for the shuttle service. Air-conditioned rooms feature a flat-screen TV, a fridge and an electric kettle with green tea bags. Japanese Yukata robes and slippers are provided for all guests, while the private bathroom comes with a hairdryer. Some rooms have a tatami (woven-straw) seating area. Ski passes can be purchased on-site and ski storage is available as well. A western-style buffet is served for breakfast at the dining room. Panorama Hotel Hakuba is a 15-minute drive from Hakuba 47 Winter Sports Park and a 1-hour drive from JR Nagano Train Station. During the winter season, guests can take the Nagano Snow Shuttle from Narita International Airport directly to the hotel. A convenience store is located a 5-minute walk away.
