Small - but that's what we paid for.

For the price the room was excellent. Though small like most hotels in Japan, it is slightly larger than the others we had stayed in ells where and it was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and polite.

No wifi in the room, only in the lobby. There may be an option to rent a router for the room but I'm not sure.

The hotel has a good location: 2min from metro and 15 min walking from Osaka jr Station. Comfort is very good, the staff helpful and speaks good english. I liked the complimentary cosmetics in the bathroom. Hotel is almost brand new and during earthquake (level 4) we didn't even feel it, which is a great recomendation!

Room was dirty, we literally saw dirt around the fridge and behind the door (and we're not very particular about that). No english channels on tv.

It is 10 min walk from both Osaka and Umeda stations or 3 min from the nearest underground. Room service was excellent - everything was spotless. All the reception staff spoke English with sufficient fluency. As my title states, it is near the Catholic church which also has Sunday masses in English. There are a few small food stores around as well. We had a room on the top floor overlooking Umeda Train Station. Every evening the city would lit up in spectacular fashion. Overall great experience and excellent value for money. If I'm in Osaka, I would not look for another hotel.

Slim space clean restroom with bath great location, 5 min walk from Umeda stn. And Osaka stn. 3 min walk from nearby stn. 4 min walk from restaurant street, lots of beautiful small coffee shop nearby.

No english signeage on the top, hardly find for foreign visitors who doesn't prepares specific map

I was travelling in Japan for 3 weeks and stayed in Osaka for 3 nights. The hotel was spotless and comfortable. Would recommend for value, cleanliness, and proximity to all shopping and dining.

great location，very near subway nakatsu station 。but when we first arrive we got off Hankyu nakatsu station ,we had a little difficulty to find the hotel. the hotel facilitie is quite new ,rooms are very clean ,it's a great choice for the price.

the rooms and beds are very tiny,if the couple are both tall,these twin-bed can be very uncomfortable.

Location of the hotel is very good, near to train station. very clean.

I paid a low price by booking.com and expecting to have a very tiny unclean single room^_^But I was surprise because it was not that small,and it is very cozy,relaxing because it is very clean.

Inexpensive hotel near train station and shopping area

Very cheap and right in the center of Osaka. Nice view over the city.

Only thing that we did not like was that wifi is not available inside the rooms - only in the lounge downstairs.

Great value for money. Very nice, silent and comfortable room. New forniture. A bit tiny perhaps, but that's normal for Japan. English of the staff was perhaps a bit poor but they were very kind and helpful.

Breakfast food choices were limited. Room Wifi was not free. Room TV channels were limited - no CNN/BBC/ESPN.

The location is superb - it's a 10-min walk to Umeda Train Station, and all the major shopping malls and restaurants. Or if you wish, Nakatsu station (one stop from Umeda) is only a 3-min walk away (this is especially important for senior or older folks). 24-hr convenience stores (7-eleven and Family Mart are also a couple of minutes away from the hotel.

One down point is the size of the room - I don't even have space to move around after fitting my luggage at the foot of my bed. And this is for a twin room. But if you're not fussy, I found this hotel to be clean and nice - it's a cookie cutter hotel, no fancy stuff but I only needed a comfortable bed at night for a good rest, so I have no complaints.

It's close proximity to the subway system as well as walking distance to Osaka rail system.

Englishspeaing staff, beside a catholic church where english mass is celebrated during sunday, walking distance to hankyu central station and osaka station, lots of restaurants and malls nearby, near supermarket and convenience stores, very new and clean hotel, good breakfast buffet at reasonable price, with free wifi at the lobby.

Good area, small but OK - quite new & very clean, Good services for all staffs, Wired internet free in room, Wifi free in Lobby, near Subway "Nakatsu station" exit4(close with Starbucks), neer Family Mart, easy to go Namba Umeda and Shinsibashi.
