Location is a big plus. 3 minutes walk from Osaka JR and about 10 minutes walk to Umeda Station. Shopping malls and restaurants of various cuisines all at our doorsteps. Our triple room is quite spacious, but double rooms can be a bit cramped.

Great location close to Osaka station, and Umeda's shopping - cool restaurants within easy walking distance to north of station.

Room looked out onto busy train tracks. Despite efficient blackout curtains, sound insulation was poor, and frequent trains noisy.

Very close to Osaka station and many reasonably priced restaurants and cafes. Close to shops. Toiletries restocked in room daily.

No ATM .Not shown where breakfast was, had to ask. Given key and had to work out from the 3 digit number that the first numeral was the floor and second two were the room number. Not shown where lift was. Not told anything about wifi available in lobby ( although I knew this ). I had to ask if I needed a password for wifi. Basically no orientation . Paid, handed key and told I could go. I had to delve for info. Even my 10 yr old daughter noticed me having to dig for information.

Good of them to provide tea they should include coffee too

the room was the more spacious that we had in japan (includes Tokyo and Kyoto) - altough the semidouble room Bed could be kind of small (1.2 m) but romantic :) Very good location - for foreigners that have JR Passes and arrive at Shin Osaka station with Shinkansen - you have to transfer to JR lines inside the city in Shin Osaka and take for 1 or 2 stops to Osaka Station. The hotel is right at the exit Sakurashin or somenthing with Sakura Gate. In this station is vital to know very good the gate (south building) the stuff, restaurant very good we had a room at the 17th floor facing the north -all the skyscrapers from the area - including Umeda Sky Building that was right across - beautiful view good breakfast with western style food, as well with japanese food

I liked the location being that it is within a easy walk of arrival at the Osaka train station. Standard business hotel as far as facilities and comfort are concerned

Location is very good, close to Osaka Station and all the different Umeda lines. Staff is nice and helpful. Good housekeeping services.

Breakfast is not worth the price. Very little protein options. Bacon and scrambled eggs do not taste any good. Asked for a fried egg and was mistreated by a rude and dismissive kitchen staff member (the only bad staff member, all others were great). By the same 1,050 yens youcan get much better food in the nearby establishments at Osaka Station. No wi-fi internet in the rooms, only in the lobby. In this day and age of tablets and smartphones, a hotel that does not have wi-fi in the entire building is lagging behind the competition.

Room space was very narrow but is to be expected for a hotel like this. Did not really like the layout of the room though as somethings can be arranged to provide more space.

Great location for exploring the region. Good value, nice restaurant, cheap laundry, excellent luggage storage so you can make overnight excursions to other places. Fast Internet (take a travel router).
