Room space was very narrow but is to be expected for a hotel like this. Did not really like the layout of the room though as somethings can be arranged to provide more space.

Great location for exploring the region. Good value, nice restaurant, cheap laundry, excellent luggage storage so you can make overnight excursions to other places. Fast Internet (take a travel router).

this hotel is located closed to osaka station so it's easy to go to other places by JR lines or subway.

Conveniently located to Osaka/Umeda station (yes, it is the same station, although it has two names!). Apparently a business travel hotel profile.

It was kind of challenging to find this hotel.. Their sign is tiny, and on top, it is in Japanese ))) so to find it late at night was a bit of a challenge ))

Small room, but very good location. Good price. Next to a street with a lot of restaurants and next to a convenience store.

Difficult to find the hotel, be sure to download a map from Google before trying to venture out and search for the hotel.

Good location (Nishi-umeda area) and very short walk from Osaka Station- Sakurabashi south exit, then through a short strip mall called Umesan Koji. Excellent breakfast. Be sure u understand that the Osaka Station is not Shin-Osaka Station. The Shinkansen operates out of Shin-Osaka, not Osaka Station. Osaka station is a good location from which to use the JR loop. The loop makes it convenient to get to various parts of Osaka, especially Dotonburi!

The view of my room was bad

I liked the fact that the front counter helped me to change my dates so that I could go to another Hearton hotel. Liked the fact that you could control the air conditioner temperature. Close to the Osaka station.

Need one more dryer for the washer. Wished there were wifi in the rooms instead of only in the lobby. Need more maps in the lobby. Would have like the baggage pick up service. Food was okay in the cafe.

Great place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Clean room and comfortable bed.
