Location was great, near Ohori Park, Fukuoka art museum & Castle ruins. Near subway stop. Not much English, but staff was very gracious and helpful. Breakfast included was very generous with western and Japanese selections. Non-smoking room had slight cigarette odor, maybe migrating from vents or rooms are not truly designated.
