The hotel was very conveniently located close to the airport and provided transportation to and from the airport. It also had very good food outlets, which is convenient for such a location. The room was clean and comfortable but not what I expected for a 5 star hotel. The bathroom was not well maintained... |

Hilton Narita is a really good option when you just need a overnight close to the aiport. From the airport it is 30 minutes and towards around 20 minutes. The breakfast is according international business hotel standards, really good. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. Like all business hotels, Hilton included, they can have quiet high rates, which I would not pay for one overnight. But if you do some research on the internet you can find some good deals every now and then, like I had. The prices in the bar were a bit unreasonable as well. A cup of coffee for 900 yen (about 8 euro) is expensive. |

Took a bit longer to get there from the airport than I had expected: buses were less frequent and distance further than web-site suggested. but the hotel itself was fabulous and great facilities. Decent albeit normal Hilton breakfast. |

All very efficient apart from bar staff. Breakfast was excellent. Bar staff were inefficient and unfriendly. Food provided in bar was awful ! |

This was on special and was great value. The room was large and very comfortable. The staff are polite and efficient. There is a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice available. |

The location, near Narita airport was the most important point in choosing the hotel. It's excelent for 1 night stop-overs in Tokyo. There's a free shuttle from the two Narita terminals to (and from) the Hotel. |

As me and husband were finished our honeymoon in Japan on route to Hong Kong. We just stayed at the hotel for one night. The location was good. Shuttle bus service was good. Room was clean. The charge for internet was way too expensive. Most of the people need go to online. Some of the hotels are free nowadays. |

Convenience, close to the airport since airport is far away from down town the rooms need to be renovated, the breakfast needs to improve, for example no Bircher muesli, na dark bread (only baguette and toast), no real butter like in the western world |

The hotel was comfortable, clean and staff were very helpful. We were disappointed that we could not use any of the spa facilities without paying - I have never struck this before. It's always nice to use the pool at the end of a busy day. |

Está a media hora en autobus shuttle desde el aeropuerto internacional de Narita (terminal 1 parada 16). Hay otros hoteles más cerca, como el Holiday Inn. Para ser un Hilton es bastante sencillito. Las camas son buenas y el desayuno también. Teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel que normalmente la gente reserva sólo para pasar una noche y volar al día siguiente, nos pareció muy cutre que cobren por todo (uso de sauna, piscina). Los precios para cenar en el hotel sí que son de Hilton (es carísimo). |
