スタッフの方の対応がよかったです。 料理もおいしかったです。

空調があまりよくなく、寒かったのが残念でした。 水周りの掃除がいまひとつ（かびが残っていました） 1階のコンビニにあたる場所を改装して、日本土産を増やしたり、ドラッグコーナーを広くするなど、もっと充- 実してほしいと思いました。

成田のフライトの前泊ホテルとして使用。チェックインの時間を3時間ほど早めてくれ、子供用の浴衣もリクエ- ストすれば借りる事ができます。静かなロケーション。ロビーにはコンビニもあります。朝食のビュッフェは満- 足度高い。

バスルームに髪の毛を発見。成田市街地までの移動はタクシーのみ、少し不便です。そのかわり成田空港へは専- 用リムジンバスで10分ほどで到着。

Regular buses (20 mins) to Narita Airport, these were on time both days.

I thought the staff were generally unfriendly. Also for a 5 star rated hotel, the room was of a low 4 star grade standard. No wifi in rooms pretty poor for a 5 star business hotel.

Free shuttle to hotel

No wlan and internet very expensive!!

I liked the hotel a lot. I was supposed to stay two nights. I had another reservation for the jan 9. However jal airlines would not let me change my ticket. I will never fly jal again, due to the fact that I was treated so poorly!

The hotel has easy access, with free shuttle, from the airport and airport train station. We have used this hotel before and will do so again. It is a very good transit hotel. We had a relaxing double room overlooking trees and open country. Our room was clean if a little worn.

Lack of flexibility about ordering breakfast. After deciding to take the breakfast vouchers on arrival they were not very happy when we decided against using them the following morning. After a long discussion they agreed not to charge us for them.

Proximity to the airport is excellent! Large rooms to Japanese standards, quiet rooms, good bed

Dinner in restaurant is rather expensive. No free internet.

Closeness to the airport for transit purposes, which was the purpose of my stay. I am a Hilton Honors member and whenever possible prefer to use a Hilton chain of hotels. The breakfast buffet was very exquisite and the staff was friendly in the typical Japanese tradition. I liked the hotel to the extent that I have made my reservations for my stay later this weekend.

Non-availability of wi-fi in the room was a big minus. Wi-fi was available at the lobby but for a steep charge. As a Hilton Honors member with a Silver status, I must have been offered the service free of charge. I learnt through some other travelers who stayed at different hotels nearby Narita that full breakfast and free wi-fi were offered as part of their package and at room rates cheaper than the Hilton. While Hilton was my place of choice, given my standing as a Honors Club member paying higher rates, I should have been provided wi-fi as a service. While the free shuttle bus service from the airport was welcome, the frequency was questionable.

The hotel is huge but it was relaxed and silent !

The walls are not soundproof

Only stayed at this hotel for a night prior to a morning flight home the following day. The location is ideal for this purpose.

No ironing board/iron in the room. Charge to use the pool.

I was only staying one night whilst waiting for a connecting flight. Found the staff vey polite and helpful. Plenty of choice for dining, Good coach transfer service to airport. Room was quiet and comfortable.
