The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel was immaculate and beautiful.

I didn't like that nobody mentioned the shuttle to the mall when I checked in. I was only there for one afternoon/evening and it was raining and I had nothing to do while I waited for a flight the next morning. Would have been nice to go to the mall. I didn't know the shuttle stopped there until I went to check the time to go to the airport.

I think this is a good choice for airport hotel. Reasonable price, safe, clean. I will stay again.

Restaurant was good. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly (if not terribly quick....checking out took forever!).

The free hotel shuttle bus to the airport was not convenient. Only 1 bus per hour in the 10-11am time block. I had to choose to either go really early, or right on time with no wiggle room. And they stop running too early at night, so my dash from Tokyo to the airport in order to catch the shuttle bus to the hotel for my final night in Japan was very rushed. And, as a Hilton chain hotel, it felt too "American". When in Japan, at least go for some Japanese-style luxuries. Why not offer Japanese robes instead of US-style terry cloth ones? Why not one of those awesome Toto Washlets, instead of a US-style toilet? Also, why make guests pay for wireless? That is so 1990s! All of the Japanese hotels I stayed in offered it as a free service. Really, Hilton! And the prices on the mini-bar and for breakfast are truly shameful!!

It was a beautiful hotel easy to get to from airport. I traveled there to meet my mother and father n law coming in from USA and their flight was delayed so I looked up hotels on line and was impressed with you, so I booked a room for me and after I arrived in tokyo and went to hotel to wait for family to arrive. I really loved the room and hotel and service so I booked a room for them even though I knew they would receive a free room else where. I wanted them to be as comfortable as possible so I sprung for them a room. They where well rested and enjoyed their stay in your hotel also. Keep up the good work and friendly service. WELL DONE!!!!

Very convenient

I will stay one nite after Foodex , Tokyo fm now on. It is comfortable n relaxable. only tv channel is not enough.

It is in close location to Narita internation airport. Since I was on transit, and only needed to spend a short night, I enjoyed the short distance from airport to/from hotel, and the quitness in the room.

When I got to the hotel at 22:00, there were no restaurants open. Only possibility was to eat in the bar (with reduce choice of food). The room was not in a condition that I expected for a 5 star hotel. The bathroom has too much plastic, two of the ceiling lights were not operating, the sandles provided were not packed (therefore they might have been used by previous guest !!! and the bathrobe was not provided. It might have been my bad luck. Otherwise, the hotel room was quite, the bed confortable, and spacious.

Convenient to airport and good shuttle service; English-speaking staff

Regular buses (20 mins) to Narita Airport, these were on time both days.

I thought the staff were generally unfriendly. Also for a 5 star rated hotel, the room was of a low 4 star grade standard. No wifi in rooms pretty poor for a 5 star business hotel.

Quick from the airport. Comfortable room. Nice bar.
