Have stayed there many times due to convenience of accessability to airport buses from both airports.

The location was good, you can quite easily get there directly from the railway/subway exit without having to walk overground; and there are several big department stores nearby. The room was pretty big, and view was quite impressive. Oh, and breakfast was quite amazing! Internet is not free - consider we are in Japan and internet is pretty much free for all other hotels, lacking this basic service is certainly not very good value for money. Another thing is that - not sure whether it only applies to my room - there is no mirror in front of/near the working(?) desk, so for ladies, you would either have to do your makeup using your own mirror to get natural light from the window, or do it in the bathroom where the lighting is pretty minimal.
