Good family comfortable hotel close to the disney park. We were dissapointed the pool was closed as the children were looking forward to using it and it was one of the reasons we chose to stay there. The room upgrade we were offered was very good for the cost of it.

The pool was not free to swim in for hotel guests. If you are paying for a room you should at least get a swim in the pool.

The view was tremendous. I stayed on the 11th floor looking out over Tokyo Bay. Unfortunately, my tenure of stay was during the earthquake, tsunami, radiation concerns. That put a tremendous damper on the mood. Television entertainment was extremely lacking. Not enough options. Even during the "off-season" there should have been a capability for me to purchase a Tokyo Disneyland t-shirt for my 7-year old daughter back here in the states. The Fantasy Land shopping center was closed.

J'ai passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel avec magnifique vue sur l'océan. Très pratique pour visite Disney, Buffet asiatique très bonne qualité. J'ai adoré la décoration de 10-11 eme étages ! Attention pour ceux qui repartent avec des vols avant 10h, AirPort car ne circule qu'à partir de 7h pour Hilton et j'ai eu du mal pour y arriver.

Le buffet tres copieux et tres varie Les chambres ne sont pas a la hauteur de l'image de la Chaine Hilton , j'ai compris apres que cette etablisement est uniquement fait pour recevoir des familles ,mais pas du tout les gens qui travaillent je ne retournerai pas dans cette hotel

酒店很整洁，设施虽然不是最新的，但是很干净。每位服务人员态度都非常好，很热情。 酒店的走廊的地毯和有些破损的墙纸能更新一下。

“Nice large room (especially for Tokyo) with comfortable beds. Our room included a massage chair which was very nice. We only stayed two nights and our primary purpose was to see Electric Town for which this hotel was very convenient. Also fairly convenient for getting to Narita airport.
