Extremely polite and helpful staff. Quiet location, very close to Tokyo Metro station. Wifi was expensive and had to be renewed every 24hrs. |

The staffs were very helpful, and the complementary breakfast was amazing, very clean and comfortable, overall a nice place. It's a little bit far from the underground, you have to take a bus from the hotel to the tube (even though there are complementary buses from the hotel to the tube every 20mins or so, it's not the most convenient). |

i like the friendly and helpful staff staff. however on the nite of 30th we came back very late and accidentally left our two strollers outside the room. when we checked the next morning the staff at the concierge was not so pleased with our explanation and sort of sternly reminding us not to repeat the same event again. but overall it was a pleasurable experience there. |

The moment we arrived, we were greeted by a posh and luxurious hotel lobby. There's no doubt about it, the hotel is beautiful. The room is even more so. It is spacious, has very modern furnishing and a very unique window that is able to transform itself to look like a Japanese sliding door. The hotel shuttle to Shinjuku Station is most useful. It would be great if the hotel shuttle operates abit longer. It stops at about 9.50pm. Guests that spend late nights out would benefit if the shuttle could extend its operation hours till midnight. It would also be great if the hotel has transportation arrangemen for Tokyo Disney Resort like some Shinjuku hotels that I know. |

Otimas acomodações, funcionários muito gentis e prestativos, ótima localização e facilidade de acesso por pedestres do aeroporto e estação de trem.. Exagerada e estranha a cobrança por uso do " fitness ", contraria a tônica mundial. Preços internos de restaurante e café da manhã exagerados. |
