初めて利用しました。 さすが5つ星だけあって、接客も良かったです。 朝食付きのプランでしたが、朝からボリュームたっぷりの食事はとても贅沢でした。 また、利用したいと思います。

夕食で利用したレストランの料理は、値段の割にはあまり良く無い内容でした。

The location is perfect! The hotel is top. Service amazing, breakfast was brilliant. Easy access to metro and great shuttle center jinjuku. Stuff is unbelievable friendly and proffesional. Best hilton experience ever

Internet cost can be a liitle lower. The minibar cost are skyhigh

The front desk staff were too unaffectionate considering this a 5 star hotel in Japan. We stayed for 5 nights, the bed linens were never changed and there was no choice for clients.

The room costs that are relatively high should at least include the internet access and maybe the breakfast

The Hilton Tokyo is located in Shinjuku, close to nishi-shinjuku metro. I stayed for two nights, and it served my purposes, however it is extremely expensive - as is Tokyo in general. It is a decent four star hotel - but with five star prices. The airport bus goes directly to this hotel, which is convenient for travellers, this takes 90minutes to 2hrs, and costs £24 (3000y) - a taxi wouldn't be much quicker and would cost more like 200,000y.

The price! Expect a cup of tea or coffee to cost £12-£15, and dinner at one of the four restaurants wouldn't see much change from £100 for one person. Although it is located above the nishi-shinjuku metro, actually finding the metro throughout the maze of underground passages isn't easy, and on returning, finding your way back to the hotel is confusing.

Great breakfast choices; regular courtesy bus to train station made it easy to get around town. Eell equipped gym / pool

The internet access was not very convenient. I can just purchase one-day access service, so I have to do this everyday. Why not offer other options about that?

No aspecto funcionarios, todos muito amaveis, educados e atenciosos. Muito bom o atendimento.

A qualidade do Hotel nao condiz com a reputacao, a não ser pelos hospedes pedantes e arrogantes. O ambiente austero e sizudo, sem alegria ou vida. Os corredores desprovidos de charme e elegancia.

Internet kostar 1680 jpy per dygn = 168 kr Frukost kostar 3000 jpy = ca 300 kr Extra avgifter som de tar men är gratis på många andra hotell. Inte riktigt ett 5 star hotell då rummen är slitna o badrummet har inte ens kakel/klinkers. Man betalar bara för läget.
