Good location. Great service and friendly and helpful staff, clean. To crowded in the Executive Lounge. We had to wait to get a table more then once and were ask to go down stairs for breakfast which we declined. We had upgrade which we paid for.

Excellent staff, super friendly, helpful! Breakfast buffet totally worth the extra cost. Got free upgrade to an exceptional room! Great sports facilities and pool No free wifi in rooms but there was free wifi in the lobby at least

Comfortable hotel, ease of access to metro, internet avaliable in foyer at no charge with no time limitations - those who need it for a short time each day, once or twice, need not be inflicted with a days charge for access they dont need. Being offered two single beds on checkin when two months previously on booking I had booked a 'King Hilton Room'. Waiting for the queen size bed eventually taken took some 15 minutes after being twice offered single beds.

Great lobby design, luxurious especially with coffee shop layout. Rooms are nice, except that beds are generally small. Location is perfect. Across is a Denny's and Starbucks. 5 minutes walk is a subway station. It also offers free shuttle to Shinjuku Station. Area is very peaceful. Cherry blossom right across the hotel. Elevators took so long. Sometimes only two elevators working and the hotel is a big one so it gets held up most of the time.

Rooms are confortable, beds are superb, the breakfast is to die for, strong wi-fi signal, great location and views. Room was a bit on the cold side, heating system was hard to figure, the only Western Newspaper was the wsj, no western channels on the tv system, bath-tub needs some spicing up.

Location is great...right next to the metro, in the heart of Shinjuku's skyscraper zone and just 10 mins on foot to the centre of Shinjuku and its vibrant neon lit attractions. The lobby is chaotic...like an airport departure lounge with hordes of coach tourists milling about. We were particularly unlucky...our stay coincided with a football championship in Tokyo. Ghastly. We had to wait an hour beyond the stated check in time of 2pm as rooms were readied. Internet access is not free in the rooms, which seems a little mean for a hotel of this stature. The lift was very irritating..stopping at every floor.

Very professional staff, room very comfortable, spa and fitness relaxing, nice view on Tokyo, easy access by metro. Why do we have to pay for internet? This sends a weird image from Hilton when most of hotel offer free access.
