Good, convenient hotel. Pleasant staff. One reason we chose to stay here (rather than a less expensive hotel in Narita city) was because they have a swimming pool - but it was closed for routine maintenance. This information should be known at the time of booking. They offered a pool in a hotel 10 minutes away but that is not convenient if we arrive late and are leaving the next day. We also wrote on your website that we wanted a massage - but the hotel staff were not aware of this. |

The staff were very accommodating and the rooms were nice and comfortable The main thing I found a little disapointing was that if I wanted to use the indoor swimming pool i had to pay 1000 yen. There was no mention of having to pay on the website. It seems expensive for a swim. Also we had to pay 500 yen to use a wired internet connection. We stayed in cheaper, budget hotels where the internet was free. |

absolutely: never found (and doubt there's one!) the swiming pool, nor the exercice room.I wouldn't say i'm a picky person, but this time, the gap between what was said on the internet and what i've experienced in real life is huge. |

I enjoyed the location to the train station, city of Narita and Narita temple. I traveled from Yokohama by Ycat to Narita airport, and then took the Keisei line from Narita airport to Narita, which was one stop. Then walked less then a block to the hotel. It was very easy to do, which enabled me to walk around Narita and tour the city. Previously I had stayed at Holiday Inn at the Narita airport, which was actually a nicer hotel, ,but I had to take a hotel shuttle to the city of Narita. Bathrooms need to be updated, and the first time I turned the T.V. on, it immediately went to an Adult (porn) channel. Would have been very upset if I had been traveling with my family, instead of alone. |

Convenient location to jr and Keisei train stations. Rooms clean and very quiet. Plenty of vending machines, 7/11 and places to eat nearby. Free shuttle bus from airport. The pornographic movies on the tv were not appropriate for children - even with some of the pictures obsured. Beds were very firm. |

Good location. We had a few hours to spend in Narita between 2 flights, and staying here allows you to reach easily the very interesting Naritasan Temple. Helpful staff. The annex is not very convenient to reach ; you have to take a lift, then a corridor and then another lift. The shuttle between the hotel and the airport are not very frequent. |

Close to Narita airport (with the morning bus at 7:00 am, it took 15-20 minutes to go to terminal 1-2 of Narita airport). The hotel shuttle is not that frequent though. I booked a delux room, I wonder if I received it. Because if this is a delux room, it was a tiny room and quite basic I wonder how is the normal one... Still ok for spending a night before the next day plane departure. |

The staff at reception were very helpful and communicated in English which I greatly appreciated. There could have been more information re getting to Tokyo; tours in Tokyo etc for first time travellers to Japan. We had one night and day and wanted to see Tokyo sights. |
