カーペットが汚かった。プラスチックのスリッパは衛生上、不安を感じた。 宿泊した日に、ちょうどフィットネスが使えなかった。領収書を頼んだら、インターネットの接続代金の領収書- （５００円）だった。宿泊費の意味だったのだが通じなかったらしい。 |

Very comfortable hotel room. Within easy walking distance from JR station for carrying luggage. Good buffet breakfast and free shuttle to and from Airport. Quiet. Will come back again. |

Free shuttle from airport although a long wait for bus in the afternoon when i arrived Central for visit to Naritasan The room was very hot with no way of turning down the heating. I could not open the window although the reception said it would but it was very stiff. |

Close to Narita airport (with the morning bus at 7:00 am, it took 15-20 minutes to go to terminal 1-2 of Narita airport). The hotel shuttle is not that frequent though. I booked a delux room, I wonder if I received it. Because if this is a delux room, it was a tiny room and quite basic I wonder how is the normal one... Still ok for spending a night before the next day plane departure. |

The staff at reception were very helpful and communicated in English which I greatly appreciated. There could have been more information re getting to Tokyo; tours in Tokyo etc for first time travellers to Japan. We had one night and day and wanted to see Tokyo sights. |

Hotel is only 15 mins walk from the main buddhist temple in Narita but is unfortunately 90 mins from Tokyo. A little overpriced |

Hotel was close to Narita central station with many eating facilities. There was a strange sweet smell in the room. I couldn´t open the window since my room was opposite of a level-crossing with noise during the whole night. It takes 45 minutes to the airport by bus. |

It advertised having a pool and fitness centre. It did not say that this didn't belong to the hotel and extra charges applied eg £10 for a swim!! |

Hotel is within minutes walk to the JR and Keisen railway station. Also restaurant and convenient stores nearby for daily necessities. Room is spacious with good facilities. Room internet costs 500-1000 yen per day. Information of free room internet is incorrestly provided in booking.com website. |

La proximité de la gare de Narita, donnant accès à l'aéroport, le service de navette, la proximité d'un 7-11. La climatisation n'était pas réglable, il faisait beaucoup trop chaud et nous avons dû laisser la porte de la chambre ouverte à plusieurs reprises ; le service wifi payant dans tous les hôtels de ce prix est inacceptable (il est anormal que ce soit gratuit dans les chambres bon marché et payant dans les chambres au tarif exorbitant, surtout pour la modeste qualité de l'hôtel). Cela étant, nous l'avons quand même payé, le prix n'était pas exorbitant. La navette gratite n'était pas disponible à notre arrivée à l'aéroport en milieu d'après-midi, il nous a fallu prendre le train (ce qui était au moins pratique). |

Zentrale Lage, gute Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung.Ideal für Abflüge ab Narita am nächsten Tag, da der Tokioter Berufsverkehr umgangen wird.Zimmer zur Straße und zur Bahnlinie sind etwas laut. Frühstücksbuffet hat für europäischen Geschmack wenig zu bieten.Besser sind kleine auch westlich orientierte Läden in der Umgebung. |
