The staff is very helpful and friendly, the cleanliness of the room, the location and easy access to transportation. Shuttle service to and from the Kyoto station. No internet room, last time I visited the Hotel it had a computer room with free internet. No continental breakfast.

I like the staff, the service the confort and the cleanliness of the room, location, it has a shuttle service that will drop you off and pick you up from the Kyoto station, and close to some point of interest. Bus stop near the hotel It does not have a sign, so at night it very easy to miss if you are taking the bus.
