Score from 895 reviews Good
It's located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood; convenient access to public transports; central Tokyo; friendly staff; washers and vending machine on each floor; plenty of restaurants, cafe and convenient stores nearby.
The location of the hotel is about 1/8 of a mile from the Kodemmacho stop (Hibuya Line) and about a 1/4 of a mile from the Ningyocho Stop (Hibuya Line and Asakusa Line) for the Tokyo Metro Line. It's also about 1/4 mile of from a JR Rail stop. The trains are convenient the Asakusa and Ginza areas. The rooms are small in comparison to Europe or US but that is the norm in Japan. However, they're clean and possess all the necessities you need. The staff there is SUPER nice, polite and helpful.
There's a sign that says no AC. I stayed in March so that wasn't much of a factor. However, my last day in Tokyo it was 65F (18C) but inside the hotel room it was easily 10 degrees (F) warmer than that. Plus, the windows aren't able to be opened. Staying here in the warm months would not be advisable. Also, there is a moldy musky smell in the elevators and the different floors. This could be the result of a mold/mildew issue in the building. That may be a concern to those with health issues
Near to the station. Next to the convenient store. Good wifi.
Wifi. Convenient stores just next to the hotel. Near to the station.
Close to restaurants
No early check in allowed. We have to wait until 3PM just to get to our room. The bed is too hard and squeaking.
The staff very polite and helpful
the location too far from popular singht see places.
Price was good
We stayed in a non smokers room and our room still smelt awful. No ventilation, needs windows!! Aircon didn't work well. Bed was very uncomfortable and nowhere to put luggage and clothes
the room is so small
Location is good if you plan to go around east side of Tokyo. The room is very clean.
room is quite small
Good value, nice staff, easy access to subway
Thin wall and the room has bad smell
Nice staff. Close to subway. Clean and quiet.
Usually, you get what you pay for but this hotel proved to be a gem. Friendly staff, great location (5min walk from a subway station) and amenities like 24hr convenience stores just next door make it a great place to grab some rest in the heart of Tokyo.
- Nice staff. - Nice place. - Comfort with Tokyo Subway - Etc.
I'm rest in room no. 912 , the bed in the room has a sound that make annoying when you sleep and turn your body. that is.

English speaking and friendly staff. near the subway station (which is a station away from Akihabara). Yoshinoya right across the street as well as a 711 & Family Mart nearby.

The room is very small and beds are hard. But it's okay, because you're in Tokyo!
