Great value for city location

-really cheap price -easy access with public transport

-windows don't open, so room gets moist/dewy -rooms are really small. the managment could take out some furniture, some furniture makes no sense at all

Staff was very helpful and were proficient in English. The WiFi internet provided was fast and the signal was strong. Being in between two stations gave some flexibility in accessing the rest of Tokyo.

Close to train station and good offer.

Staff speaks good English. The room was clean although I think it used to be a smoker's room. There's a restaurant right next door, the food was ok and the lady very helpful.

I could somewhat smell some smoke in the room, but nothing too serious, it was ok. Walking to Tokyo central station is ok but keep in mind that it's a good 20 mins walk.

the small double room was a little big too small...when you put down two 24' suitcases, almost all empty space is occupied.

Hotel is really well located, Family mart just down the stairs, restaurants few steps aside, metro station less than 5 minutes walk. Stuff was friendly, very helpful and spoke good English.

Great service & thankful to hotel staff for their help on communicate in japanese & enable us to get back our lost bag in the train. Hotel very near to subway & many convinent store surround.

Despite being small and having a decent price point the hotel has very good facilities for one of its size. Daily room cleaning, very clean bathroom and room that was fully stocked with amenities, water boiler, fridge and wifi the place was great. The front desk is also 24 hours and they speak English which makes it very foreigner friendly.

The room is very small, this can't be understated. Other than that though the stay was very good. Limited TV channels, but who's in Japan to watch TV in a hotel room?

Overall is great! 5 mins walk from Kodenmacho Subways station or 20 mins walk to Akihabara. 7 and Family Mart is just next door. Room is quite small but it's standard size. You can left your luggage while you're away for a few days. I left my bags for 2-3 days and come back to stay for another 2 nights.

It's a central heater during spring (10-20 c) sometimes its too hot but they are generous enough to lend us a fan.

Very good location for a city break in Tokyo, within 10 min walk to several metro stations. Many cafes and restaurants in the area. Clean room, friendly staff, good value for money.

Staff are nice, friendly and helpful. Check in time is 3pm but they let me to check in early. Location is okay. Between 2 subway stations. Many place to eat around and near combini.

Far from tourist attraction. Need to change subway lines to get to some places of interests. Check out time 10 am.

The room is very small.

Clean. 2 subway stations at 10min walking distance. Quiet (at least on a higher floor and if other guest don't shout!).

Located in a business area. So if you want to go out at evening in places where there is more entertainment, then you need to take the subway for a while... It stops at 12pm so need to take a taxi which seems to be rather expensive

If you solo traveller on mid range budget and know about the small rooms you will love the easy access to everything. Quiet area but plenty of food choices. Money easy to get from 7/11. 2/3 train/ subway stations closeby.

Noisy air conditioning and stuffy room. But if you just there to sleep not too much of a bother for the pice you pay
