The Manager and staff were extremely friendly and helpful and provided the highest levels of service. I cannot praise the Manager highly enough, he made the stay at the hotel much more enjoyable than any other hotel I have ever stayed at. He went out of our way to make us comfortable, and he even drove us to the Suzuka Circuit in the mornings of the F1 Grand Prix
