Hotel IL Cuore Namba    

Enjoyed experiencing the Japanese culture 'downtown'.

Need clear directions to use Japan's sub-ways. We had difficulty finding an exit which proved to be 2 kilometeres from the hotel. This is complicated by the language barrier when out of Tokyo. Never the less a good experience.

Location. Breakfast was reasonable and very good.

(1) False fire alarm at 2.15am in the middle of the night on 2nd June 2013. Annoucement from loud speaker over celling woke everyone up with Japanese word. We do not understand Japanese and did not know what was happening. We were very panicked. 2nd annoucement came 10min later, still in Japanese; and the 3rd announcement with a mixed of English and Japanese. Then we realised that it was a false fire alarm. That really spoilt our night and we could not sleep after that. (2) Room very small. Not value for money (3) No coffee in room. Only teabag (4) Only 2 Pillows

Super Awesome Great location! Step down from the hotel, the most happening places are right in front of you! Everything is great! I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

Clean, new, great location, family mart next door

The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from airport train.They have laundry room, microwave, drink machine, ice machine. The room size is not small for Asians. At night the view from my room 1308 was nice. Check in and check out prosess was very simple and quick.

great locality,easy ascess to namba subway/nankai railway.food was easy to find..would love to stay in tis hotel again in my next trip.

Good location, good room size, cleanliness and value of money Il Cuore is easily accessuible from Namba Subway and Nankai Airport line ..use Exit 5. Hotel is off the main road, so is quiet. It is near the Namba shopping area and Shinshaibashi shopping area. Only problem with the hotel is the airconditioning which seems be centrally controlled .. sometimes warm air even if you chose cool and need Reception to reset.

Good location, very supportive staffs, clean room. I will surely book this hotel again next time if I visit Osaka again.

Language is a barrier for the superb service here, but the staffs try all their best to help you. The A/C in the room is all Japanese language, it took me a couple hours to understand how to enable the heater mode. The breakfast is so so. But don't forget that you can walk to dotombori. It's very close to the hotel.

One night was noisy (some banging) out of the four nights and needed to us ear plugs

The location was excellent, right near the train and bus stations and within easy walking distance of the Dotimbori. The breakfast was good value whilst, overall, the room was one of the best I stayed in during my trip.

Compared to several other places I stayed at during my trip, I found the staff were limited in their English skills. However, my Japanese language skills still leave a lot to be desired. Overall, this did not affect the time I had at the Il Corore. All good!
