lustiger bezahlautomat, problemloses einchecken, gepäckaufbewahrung unkompliziert und ohne aufpreis nach dem checkout so lange man möchte möglich. frühstück reichaltiges buffet um ¥700, sehr nettes personal.

Günstig, hübsche Lobby, vergleichsweise großes Zimmer. Die Lage ist gut, sowohl die U-Bahn als auch eine JR Station befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zudem ist eine riesige Einkaufsmeile in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Zimmerausstattung stammt wohl aus den 80ern und wirkt entsprechend alt, ist aber sauber und dafür sehr preisgünstig.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They have a couple of computers with Internet in the lobby that can be used for free. Located close to a subway station and a shopping arcade plenty of great places to eat&drink. Great value for money, totally recommendable.

Small and a little bit old rooms (at least ours), but it is all right for just a few days.

The room was very clean. It was good that there was a kettle.

Although it says there is wired net in the room on the web page, actually there wasn't. Wifi was only available in the hall. So if you need internet, you can't use it in your room. Also, the staff could only speak a few words of English.

*Centrally located. Next to the subway station Minami-Morimachi (use Exit 2). This is also a jr station so you can use the jr Pass to go to Osaka and Shin Osaka stations to use further trains so you do not need to spend money on the subway for this. *Breakfast was plentiful for 700 yen *Clean room *They have PCs available for guests in a separate room. *The hotel is well built, on the 13th of April there was a Richter Scala 6 earthquake at 5.40 in the morning, and nothing happened. (In some hotels you see a note at the entrance to get out during an earthquake but this hotel seems safe in this respect.)

*The entrance hall is fantastic but once you get to the room, you see they are much smaller than those of other hotels that cost about the same. *Most of the staff do not speak English; I guess as it is a typical Japanese business hotel.

Location is good, near MRT station. Clean. Value for money.

No wifi in room

The hotel isn't too far from Osaka station, though it is very easy to get lost in the area. The castle is also quite close. You don't get disturbed by the cleaners, and if you leave the no cleaning sign on they will leave a bag of fresh towels, new toothbrush, green tea and night wear/robe outside your door.

Noise travels in the corridors quite a lot. If you return and the cleaners are in your room you are told to wait for them to leave. The bathtub had grey stains in the bottom and needed a good bleach.

Close to the metro station and the market, room fares are cheap

1. Very close to subway. Walk to osaka station is around 20min. 2. From kansai airport : take train to namba then subway to hotel for 980yen buing tkt from vending machine only!!and vice versa. 3 a few restaurants around hotel

Room was not cleaned well. A pair of dusty, dirty socks was found underneath the closet area behind the room slippers.

It is just 3 min walk right from subway station and we follow the direction from one of the reviews and it was correct and easy. The english sign is small but just look for green writing on the building then you won't miss it. We walked to osaka jr station to take our train and it was easy as well around 20 min walk with backpack. At 3rd floor I had wifi in the room so not bad. Room is clean and standard for Japanese style. Not on the big space. We are happy with the price. There are some restaurants near hotel and street market near osaka jr station. To airport. Can take subway to namba then train kansai express train to airport .the combo ticket is 980yen :-) from vending machine.

Bed can be small for westerners

when we asked some staff to finding my letter ,which someone sent to me . Staffs are kindly and friendly . They changed toilet amenity daily.

Staff were generally helpful and polite. Facilities were clean and neat. Located in close proximity to JR station; and accessible to numerous eateries and shopping. Also located close to 2 major shopping suburbs accessible within a few stations.

Not so far from a JR station ...also like 20 minutes walk to the Osaka Station. Part of the staff have a good English ..other ones was a little difficult.

My room didnt have a good window shades ...so at 7:00 I had the bright sun on my face.

Quite near to the subway station, from Minamimorimachi exit 2, the hotel is in your left side, easy to find food, small but clean.
