One of the best hotels i have ever been. Location is very excellent for people whose working in JGC or for relaxing. The view was amazing and the staff was very helpfull. Prices are cheap.
The furniture was little bit old but good, the kettle design is very old and stubbed, but I recommend this hotel even for long stay
Nice view Good location All staffs were excellent - reservation, front desk, concierge Free wifi
The pillow was a bit too soft for me No complimentary drinking water (bottled)
The view and location were great. The staff was kind and helpful. They changed our room when requested to one with a better bed.
The bed wasn't that comfortable. The room service was okay. The room was also super-business and not as romantic as an ocean/city view hotel one might expect in Minato Mirai.
Staff. Upgrade to suite.
Faded, jaded, room decor has seen better days.
I love the hotel location. We're upgraded so latest accessories. The rooms have been comfortable and immaculate. Breakfast buffet extensive!
NO problem at all!
Comfy spacious rooms. Large bathroom. Magnificent view of the city. Reliable free wifi connection.
Restaurant meals expensive but you expect that at a high end hotel.
- Window scene - Breakfast
- No safety box inside the room - No ironing facility for minor ironing like many other 5/7 star hotels.
three restaurant for breakfast
the GIM not free expensive and for one visit and a day
Bed and room size, good overall service.
Nothing at all.
first time open window in hotel room great breakfast, variety to choose, great view, welcome drink and special lounge with tea, coffee, coctails for premium rooms.
Check-in staff were very efficient and accomodatiing. Loved the view from our room. Breakfast was fantastic and the variety of choices were very attractively displayed. We definitely plan to go back to Yokohama and stay at the Yokohama Grand.
We felt that there should have been a choice to decline towel replacement every day. Usually at hotels in the US if you hang up the towel it means that you wish to conserve energy and do not need the towels changed. When we stayed at the Prince Park Tower in Tokyo they gave a small credit if you agreed to replace the towels every 2 days. (we stayed there 4 days) and appreciated the credit but it really wasn't necessary.
Spacious room with lovely harbour view. It was always very clean. Staff were very helpful. They responded quickly to problem with air conditioner temperature by bringing a standing fan. They bought us a top sheet to use instead of the duvet - again because we felt too warm in the room. They leant us a power adaptor.
Airconditioning temperature was too warm for us.
Staff very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Restaurants were excellent and not expensive
There was a large queue for breakfast every morning at popular times. This needs to be corrected.
room , view , location, close to transport
buffet was expensive, gym was expensive with limited facilities
- Excellent location beside Minatomirai. - Very close to Chinatown - Spectacular view from Ocean side - Very comfortable bed by western standard.
- not possible to eat after 22h, we expect more from a five star hotel.
Easy to get to by airport bus, close to pier from which cruise was sailing, concierge who advised on sightseeing tour and train connections, close to train to Tokyo, very comfortable room with great view
For what I paid for a bowl of pasta and a cup of tea in the Italian restaurant, it left a lot to be desired.
Amazing views overlooking the harbour and city, staff were superb, location is close to shops, restaurants, train station and pier, spacious room
No gym (approx $50 fee to use), rooms are a little bit dated, room and floor was quite smoky although on I requested a non-smoking room
Nice hotel with a view. Staff will help you. Room are big for japanese standard. Wi-Fi is free.
I had a non-renovated room. The room was big but it is time to renovate it ! The breakfast is one of the most expensive. More than $38 by person !
Attentive Service Friendliness of Employees Facilities Location of Hotel Food Nothing was too much trouble
Adjacent & internally connected to the conference centre. Very spacious rooms for Japan. Stunning views.
No room safe - need to use a safety deposit box at reception. Having to pay extra to use pool & fitness centre >$55AUD
we can hear the noise next to our room and higher level floor.
extremely friendly staff, very good breakfast, and able to take from the hotel the bus to Narita Airport.
Helpful staff Good internal restaurants
