The hotel is very convenient when you have to be on a flight at narita early in the morning (free airport shuttle). When we were there prices for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner were much reduced (30 %). We appreciated this very much. |

Convenience, nice relaxing music in room, helpful staff. It would be helpful if the room service menu had photos to indicate what the meal sizes are, we ordered a pizza and were quite disappointed when it arrived as it was very small and we would have gone to the restaurant instead if we had known how small the pizza was. |

Service was excellent and the front desk staff went out of their way to help us out on several things. Very nice grounds adjacent to hotel for birding which was our main reason for the trip. |

This was the second time that i was in this hotel and i hope there will be a third one to. The 1ste tiome i came with my family and the second time i took 4 friends with me. They liked it all very much. The price of a breakfast is to much. Yen 2200 is to expensive when you are with 5 persons |

It was very convenient to have the free shuttle from the airport because our flight arrival was in the evening. We also like the decorations in the lobby especially the chandelierｓ and the relaxing sofas facing the glass window. The retail shop on the ground floor also has an excellent selections of food and souvenir items for us to buy. We will definitely choose to stay in in this hotel again next time we visit Tokyo. Thanks. |

Room was good size and the hotel was close to some restaurants. Even though we were on a non-smoking floor the room smelled of smoke from the ventilation system. |

La vicinanza dell'hotel aeroporto. La navetta gratuita da e vs aeroporto non c'è dalle ore 00.00 alle ore 6.30. Abbiamo dovuto prendere un taxi per raggiungere l'aeroporto pagando ben 30 euro, per 15 minuti di strada. |

De bediening was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijtbuffet was ronduit goed en je kon tot 20.30 uur ook lekker dineren. Gasten van het hotel kregen korting op het ontbijtbuffet en het diner. Een prima hotel voor een zakelijke overnachting. Hotel goed gesitueerd niet al te ver van de luchthaven. Overnachtingen zijn uitsluitend geschikt voor passagiers die gebruik maken van de luchthaven en die op doorreis zijn. In de wijde omgeving van Hotel Garden Narita is verder niets te doen of te beleven. |
