I grabbed a discount on Booking.com for this hotel, nearly half the price. Full-price, it's a typically expensive airport hotel. The shuttle service from NRT is easy to navigate and free. Taking the shuttle from the hotel to the station, shuttle was full, the staff paid a cab to take my friend and me separately so we didn't have to wait for the next shuttle. English is excellent. Money exchange machine at the front desk.
Breakfast was $25 for the buffet!
Pictures on web site do not reflect reality of the room. Rooms are small and not as big. I guess they use wide angle cameras. Room size should be shown
Located near narita airport. Has shuttle bus to the village and Aeon mall.
Beds are too soft. Shuttle bus gets too crowded at peak hours.
Internet should be either cheaper or free, and quieter area near the internet lounge. flight attendants can be so noisy.
easy free shuttle to and from airport. rooms were very spacious!
internet in rooms cost
Breakfast cost was a bit expensive
The quality of the hotel, the room size, communication and the helpfulness of staff ...........all at a price that was exceptionally good value.
Great value for money. Excellent restaurant and breakfast. Near Narita airport with good shuttle service.
This place was fine, the room was big enough and was clean. The bus takes 30 min from the airport (it drops at 2 other hotels) and the first bus back is 04:30, which I needed. My only issue was the location. Not sure how close this hotel is to the nearest town, that is why I stayed here, but didn't get the opportunity to really look.
Convenient location for airport and rail into Tokyo. Buffet breakfast and dinner at very reasonable prices.
I thought the price was right since I booked last minute but after staying there I realized that it was definitely not worth it
The hotel looked nice from the outside but it was totally different inside. The room was very basis, kind of motel look. It looked like an old hotel. The staff were not pleasant. The mattress was thin. The shower head kept falling. Do not make the mistake of staying at the hotel for the price. It is not worth it. Stay at narita Tokyo prince Hotel. Much nicer hotel and the breakfast was delicious and free. Stay away from this one.
Just good value
No internet in room unless pay for.
Hotel staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Good amenities provided in the roon.
Hotel breakfast was not as good as expected. No wifi in the room.
Decent hotel, comfortable room, lovely yukata, window frames in the Japanese style. Fine, that provides a free shuttle service to the airport. I liked it! Novikova Irina, Russia
Its clean, good space, confortable everything organized. good price for few days in Japan. Close to Narita airport and Narita temple and stores.
Far from the City. at least 1hour 40minutes or 2 hours to arrive Tokyo. not free internet in the room, so if you pay for 24 hours (minium service) of internet and u usually pay for it at night and next day go to explore u will not use at least 10 hours or more if u go early to Tokyo. will be better if you can pay the internet service for hours.
The shuttle service was excellent and the room was clean.
Shuttle bus was very easy to locate and we didn't have to wait long. Free from and to the airport - major plus. Essential toiletries provided in the room. airco worked fine. Didn't try any of the food, but did go to the mini-shop near reception and bought few snacks, they sold souvenirs as well if needed. Staff at check out helped with getting a stamp to send out a last minute card, which was helpful as we had no time at all.
The room we had was on the 6th floor - it's the 'naked' room from the pictures: no curtains, very mossy-green coloured and dated, not cosy or inviting looking. Bathtub looked like it needed a good cleaning, you could see the dirt sticking to the walls. Few hairs. It seems the room had been empty for some days, there was a flyer for hotel warning about work being done on the date that was 6 days prior to our arrival. Breakfast at around 2000 pp is too expensive, dinner also (all you can eat and drink at something around 3000-3500, can't remember. we ate with 2 people for less than that in other places). So gave it a miss. I didn't find the staff very friendly at check in, but it was very late, might have been me. It was ok for one night, but I would not book it again as didn't leave any lasting impression and I think we could get slightly better for similar budget.
Clean and spacious.Good gym and spa pool. Close to the airport with free shuttle service to either airport or Narita. Would recommend to others. Narita lovely to explore.
perfect location, friendly helpfull staff
the choice of buffet food in the restaurant is poor, would like to see more of Japanese food rather then Western
