Irumoteso is run by the sweetest most amazing Kiyoko-san, for many, many years. Delicious breakfast and dinner, clean facilities, great vibes, beautiful views, close to town and attractions. It's obvious the house and its guests are lovingly cared for. It's been a privilege to stay here, highly recommended 11/10.

Located on Iriomote Island, Irumoteso offers accommodations with garden views. The garden features impressive sea views and beautiful palm trees. A free shuttle is available from Uehara Port, which is a 5-minute drive away. Guests sleep on hardwood floors and Japanese futon bedding. Each room features air conditioning and a tatami (woven-straw) seating area. A TV, a private toilet and shower are included. Guests can tour the island with the free-use bicycles and purchase drinks with the on-site vending machines. A computer with free internet access is available at the lobby. A Japanese breakfast and dinner are served at the dining room. Irumoteso Inn is a 15-minute walk from Uehara Harbor, from which Ishigaki Island is a 40-minute ferry ride. Local attraction Pinaisara Falls is nearby.
