24-hour open shower room, laundary room, clean toilet, bidet
Little cold room temperature
The best thing about Juyoh is that it's fun. You get to meet people. It's not a standard hotel where you won't meet anyone. The staff is great. The facilities are fine. It's cheap.
Private bath (onsen) on top level was lovely.
Entering and exiting with snowboard bags was hard.
Friendly staff clean and nice a really good deal for the price you pay
Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff, good location
The hotel is very nice and the bed very confortable, very clean, powerful shower, friendly and helpful staff, good wifi, rent bycicle is only 300¥, laundry and drier machine, in one word.. all you need for a good price..
All of it
Only the location is just a bit of a walk but well for the price and amenities I would say its just a small matter :)

Price and location
The place is not difficult to find
But it's quite a long walk from the nearest subway station
The beds were nice and comfy, you get your own mini fridge and TV in every room, heater/air conditioner for climate control which was really nice. Staff was very friendly and if you go up to the top floors in the elevator then you can see Mt Fuji on a clear day :)
I wish that every room had its own bathroom, but you definitely get what you pay for
Very nice receptionist lady, I think she's very friendly. The hotel it's close to the Skytree and the rooms are very comfortable. Everything was completely clean.
I loved everything... Including the very friendly lady in the reception. :)
The beds were comfortable. The showers were good. The toilets and sinks were close to the room. There was a fridge in the room, very useful. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked good. Staff was very nice and helpful.
We were there in december and it was very cold inside the hotel. There was a AC that could heat up the room but it didn't heat enough. There were warm blankets in the room that helped though.
The hotel is a 10-15 walk from Minami-Senju Station and it was my first stop in Tokyo. The staff was great and the price was right for people who just want to explore Tokyo. It was a friendly place to stay after a long day of walking and I returned for a few nights on my 2nd tour of the city.
I could never get room shoes that fit me.
All rooms are individuals. The kitchen is very well equiped and common areas are very great!
It is a little far from JR Minami-Senju/ Hibiya station.
location elevator staff
bad smell in room
They have vary big room. very kind reception.
Far from sta. Little bit old. they have shower only 2 and 6 floor.
a lot of food choices available nearby. staff was friendly and helpful.
a bit far from the nearest train station but there is a bus stop just outside the hotel.
Super welcoming + friendly + helpful staff. Free Internet in the lobby + printing service. Clean. Japanese style room. Lots of restaurants and cafés in the nearby.
A little far from metro and JR stations (especially when you're carrying your luggage). Far from city centre (but you can discover a different area of Tokyo).
-I liked the cleanliness, everything was spotless. -Toilets and showers were also very clean -10 minutes walking to the metro station -very quiet in the night -very close to different grocery stores
Great facilities, access to the train and metro and the hotel was kept clean and tidy regularly.
Slightly long walk to the train and metro
Location was a 10 min walk away from Minamisenju JR station which was convenient. Good value for price.
Staff were unfriendly, when I asked to retrieve my luggage they frowned. Spider was waiting for me on the door when I first got to my room. Hotel had an eerie atmosphere because there was no one visible on my floor and Asakusa has that ghostly feel to it at night. Also one night at 1:38am I heard a bell ring at night in my room which scared me. Checked and did not find any doorbells at my door. Elevator didn't make as loud a noise. Possibly my cell phone ring tone but it doesn't make the same sound. Went to Asakusa shrine the next morning, prayed for good fortune and safety, thus managed to stay alive for the next two nights. If you like Halloween this hotel will be great for you, however I wouldn't come back!
They have a personal hot tub for 300 yen
Perfect location, close to Tokyo Metro an JR station. Staff is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. Overall it feels more like home.
i have stayed at juyoh something like eight times over five years and have yet to have a bad experience. The private ofuro is a great way to finish out a day, the room is comfortable, and the staff are always friendly.
leaving the key in a basket if you need to leave the building before eight in the morning, but you can't have everything
