A very simple Japanese style hotel ie. nothing fancy, no front desk, no elevator etc. But the owner, a lady, is very very very nice. She tried to help in every way possible despite the language barrier. She added to my Kobe experience. This is the place to go if you know some Japanese and want to exp. a traditional Japanese hotel. Midnight curfew.
The price was really nice and the room was small but kind of cute.
The towel they gave me had a really weird smell.
Smell of smoke. Common bath and toilet
Room was smelling like an ashtray. At the toilet same smell !
Welcome was warm. Room, bedding and Washroom were neat and very clean. Japanese green tea was also ready inside the room.
Welcome ritual owner.
Quite small room. But, just for sleeping is ok.
The female host is nice and polite.
The male host is not kind. He refused to help with guest's luggage. Also wifi signal was too feeble in room to work, I have to leave the door open and use my computer very close to door. When questioned such, the host replied with rude attitude that it's the problem of my computer, not his problem, which is so out of common sense. In addition, smoking ordour leaves a clear remaining in room.
Like many of the hotels in Japan, it's very clean, despite the decoration's very simple and is not very new.
Very small toilets and showering room, and are shared with rooms on the floor.
They are very helpful
The WiFi signal is very weak. When we get into the room, we cannot access the WiFi due to weak signal
Lots of Wi-fis. Modern toilet. Warm and with lots of buttons.
Quite noisy from outside. The plug failed during the night and my phone didn't get charged. The pillow is hard as a stone and too tall.
Location very good and close to subway.
no basic utility
