A thoroughly first-class hotel, staff not only willing to help but volunteering help discreetly. The food, both traditional Japanese and western, was excellent. An atmosphere of quiet luxury. Hotel situated close to sea with fine views.

If you want Western-style comfort, with larger than usual rooms for Japan, this hotel is a good choice. The staff was extraordinarily helpful with details about where to visit and how to get there. We had a Japanese friend come to visit us from Tokyo, and they were very helpful to him as we were out sightseeing when he called to say he was coming. The hotel is right onthe ocean and the rooms have good views, but it is quite a ways from the best beach and (especially for the price) it was sort of surprising that they did not have a swimming pool or even offer beach club access as you would expect in a similar hotel on the Mediterrranean.

お部屋の広さと、建物内の全体的な雰囲気がとても落ち着いていて大変リラックスできました。ルームクリーニ- ングのスタッフの方も元気で明るくとても好感が持てました。 室内のコンセント付近が掃除しにくいのか、ほこりをかぶってました。良くなかったわけではありませんが、シ- ョッピングコーナーがちょっと雑な感じがしました。あとは個人的な意見として、女性スタッフのかたのお化粧- がもう少し華やかだと、ラグジュアリー感がアップすると思いました。（サービスや応対は大変良かったです。- ）
