Friendly staff that actuallu spoke english and always had best service. Really recommends this hotel!
I was charged more than quoted!
Not many restaurants within close walking distance. TexMex menu and services below average plus smokers smoke travels every where especiall in best seating area near open windows. Weekend traffic along water is always stop and go both directions. Many restaurants within 1-2 Km don't have much parking available. Traffic and parking in Kamakura city difficult at best.
Well run operation. Close to beaches good walk path along the water. Good restaurants within short drive along water . Good bay/ocean views sometimes parking available but limited.
Great location. Friendly (though, stiff) staff. Excellent amenities.
A bit on the outskirts of downtown.
Very comfortable rooms and helpful and attentive staff.
Quite a long walk to the centre and from restaurants.
Large room with comfortable sofa and view of the sea. Two excellent restaurants - one French and the other Japanese specialising in delicious crab. Easy walk to Hase-dera and Daibutsu and beginning of Daibutsu hiking trail.
Our stay was too short:)
A luxury hotel with extremely helpful and obliging staff. Great facilities, good food and super views of Fujisan.
Go for the Japanese style room!
Beautiful Japanese style room, extremely clean, great service.
I found the hotel excellent in all regards. It's in easy walking distance to the Hase station on the Enoden line and up the hill to the Great Buddha. Things close relatively early in Kamakura on a Sunday evening and it was great to be able to eat in the hotel after 8:00 pm. The staff was very friendly and my Japanese-style room was clean and comfortable. I'd recommend this hotel.
Bed was too firm for my liking. Distance to train station was a bit farther than preferred.
The staff was amazing as was the cleanliness. Very nice bath, great restaurants. The ocean view was nice. Overall a wonderful stay. And did I mention how awesome the staff was?
