Kanazawa Excel Hotel Tokyu is one of the best options for a visit to Kanazawa. It is right in the heart of the shopping/restaurant district so there were many options for dinner every night. The area was lively. Plus, it has a Starbucks right on its ground floor. Plus, the tourist loop bus stops just outside the hotel. So everything was really convenient. Also, the rooms were bigger than in most Japanese business hotels. We were very comfortable there and had a great time.

Breakfast was outrageously expensive, so we opted for the Starbucks every morning. Also, there are no English language channels on the television set.

Close to the Gardens, Contempory Art Museum and Castle. Nice hotel.

The location is unbeatable - the Samurai district is right on the backyard, and just a few steps away are other sights like the Kanazawa castle and the Kenruku-en Garden, the Noh Museum, the Museum of Contemporary Art, etc. Also in the backyard, so to say, is the Kata- machi district with lots of good eateries. The Hotel is also on a street well served by public transport. Most of the hotel staff do not speak very much English, but are very helpful and friendly, and most importantly, they know and love their city.

If you do not have a pc, using the pc in the lobby can be frsutrating because the computing speed is slow.

A clean comfortable room with all the important western features except wi fi. The staff are exceptionally helpful and speak reasonable English. The central location is fabulous for site seeing in Kanazawa.

The hotel room is showing signs of age. Very clean, but aging walls, carpet and furnishings are due for a remodel.

Posizione perfetta per shopping, turismo e ristoranti.

L'hôtel est proche des principaux sites touristiques, et facile d'accès en bus depuis la gare (par contre à pied ça fait loin). La chambre très spacieuse avec un bureau et un petit fauteuil pour se poser.

Pas de bus avant 7h donc obligé de prendre un taxi pour la gare (850 yen).

La situation de l'hôtel à proximité de nombreux sites à visiter et en plein centre ville. Facilité des déplacements grâce aux bus fréquents devant l'hôtel.

L'absence d'internet dans les chambres, pourtant mentionné dans l'offre. Disponible uniquement à la réception.

とても　親切で　スタッフの教育がよく洗練されていました。

Habitación confortable, servicio del personal esmerado, limpieza y perfecta ubicación.

Para nosotros estuvo genial. Siendo perfeccionista, algún mueble de la habitación tenía algún arañazo y la moqueta del suelo de pasillo tenía marcas por el paso del tiempo o sea que nada importante.

Ottima posizione dell'hotel, vicino al parco raggiungibile in autobus o mezz'oretta a piedi dalla stazione. Camera spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. Staff molto gentile e disponibile.

Aspetto della camera poco curato, il mobilio è vecchio e nel complesso l'impressione è un po' dimessa e decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative per un hotel di questo livello. Il personale parla poco inglese e non ha mai risposto alle mie email di richiesta di informazioni e di conferma della pronotazione, un comportamento che decisamente non mi aspettavo per un hotel di questo livello e prezzo.

It's confortable place. and this air is flesh. Ｖarious food are delicious. Ｉ'm very satisfy.
