Location was excellent and price reasonable. Very simple room, but as a base to explore the city it was excellent. Walls seemed very thin, so neighbours could be heard very clearly.

We stayed at Kanazawa New Grand Hotel Annex. The location is great for shopping, for sightseeing - just across the main street from Omiya Shrine and easy walking distance to Kenrokuen Garden and Kanazawa Castle. Easy access by bus from Kanazawa Station and to all tourist sites in the city. The buffet dinner looked fairly unappetizing. We did not even look at the breakfast buffet, as there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, bakeries, and even the basement food market at Daiwa Department Store to choose from.

市内観光などもしやすかったです、スタッフの対応も良かったです。珈琲の美味しい店とか教えて頂きました。- おかげさまで良い旅になり、食事券も当たりましたので、また利用しますので。

子供二人（5歳と1歳）が一緒で、ダブルでは手狭かとデラックスツインに変更してもらいました。子供の料金- は無料でした。 建物外観は年数が経ってるようでしたが、お部屋は改装されていて広くてきれいで、快適に過ごせました。 朝食料金（バイキング）も小学生以下は無料でした。 案内ページには、朝食料金が1200円とありましたが、それは別館レストランでの料金で本館では2000円- でした。

故郷が金沢 会社の現役時代よく利用してたので慣れと立地条件がよく他の選択肢があまりなっかった。 今回、工事中だったのでうるさくて昼寝が出来なかった。まあその分、 料金がやすかったのかも？

location & price of rooms the bar on 12th floor with great views staff were unable to easily communicate in English which made it a bit difficult as guests. as foreigners, we definitely lacked attentive customer service.
