The staff can speak good English and helped us patiently. We rent bikes from the hotel for free. The Spa is wonderful! The traditional Japanese beds are really comfortable!
If really want to pick , it will be the Wi-Fi. WiFi coverage is no good at my hotel room and even at the lobby also not stable. I hardly manage to browse Facebook nor uploading a single photo, however this is not really important for my leisure relax trip
Excellent staff , serving with personal touch, feel like staying at home. For the facility, I like the most is the open air onsen .
The renovation is old.
Very friendly staff. Niece hot spring and view.
Food, onsen, view, surrounding area
The washing mashines and especially the dryers would need to be replaced.
It was a nice hotel a little bit outside of the town. We had a room with no shower, but the showers in the spa and the spa itself were great. The staff was nice and curteous. It felt a little bit like a dorm, but not really in a bad way.
The hotel was very clean. 3 indoor and 1 outdoor onsen pools were nice. Their staffs were very polite and helpful. Their kaiseki dinner was great. I booked this hotel for only 1 night. I wish I had stayed at this hotel longer.
I lost my passport in Sapporo. But I didn't know what I to do. Then the owner gave me a good advice, so I could reissue passport next day. Thank you for your kindness!
The location, it's still some walk from the bus stop
The friendliness and helpfulness of the owner and staff The room, the view, the facilities Dinner and breakfast are superb! The outdoor onsen and indoor bath
It just a little bit far from town and not work for who have luggage if you need to walk from town to this hotel. If you check-in late and didn't inform hotel that will make problem for dinner.
Very good service mind, there are staffs who can speak English and there are some staff cannot but they try to communicate with you all time for make you comfortable when you stayed at this hotel. For view is it good enough for this price there is a port which you can walk and see the firework in summer.
Big room with view of Lake Toya across the road. The room and toilet was very clean.Had a wonderful meals .
Breakfast was a bit limited, especially if you are not very fond of traditional Japanese breakfast.
We had a big room with a view towards the lake. We also liked both public baths (male/female) and for fireworks watching we got to wore yukatas and haori.
Staff suggested that we should not travel to Noboribetsu. We found out later that we could have.
Nice room and generally good location. Free Bicycle was great for moving around.
Is slightly further inside from the center of the lake resort area so it could be quite a distance to walk to get the best view point for fireworks show
Kaiseki dinner with good presentation, selection of food and staff are very welcoming. Japanese style room tatami floor with comfy futon to sleep on after relaxing onsen.
In general it is alright.
