“ A mistake was made and they tried very hard to rectify. Much better than any other hotel I have stayed at. We made reservations for 2 rooms, but only one was available. Hotel found another room and made reservations for us. They did not have my bookings.com reservation and charged me full price for 2 nites. ”

A mistake was made and they tried very hard to rectify. Much better than any other hotel I have stayed at. We made reservations for 2 rooms, but only one was available. Hotel found another room and made reservations for us. They did not have my bookings.com reservation and charged me full price for 2 nites. Several hours later came to my room apologized and charged me the bookings.com rate, less the cost for 2nd room at other hotel. Now, that is service.... No wireless, no internet, limited English tv. Only 10 on cable stations.

電話でホテルの場所を確認しましたが、丁寧に答えてもらえました。 また、場所がよく、今回は出張で使わせてもらいましたが、次はぜひ 家族旅行でも使わせてもらおうと思います。 予約のときの、コースをもう少しわかりやすくしてほしい。（web情報）
